I have ordered 2 prints from them. The web site is so easy to use and so many options available. They shipped quickly and the quality is amazing and they send the screw for the walls!

Before the print was made, I asked if they could include the hands and the feet in the picture. The editing tool didn't allow me to do it. No one got back to me until after it was shipped. The picture is not complete and it's fuzzy. Fracture has since made a new picture for me and I'm satisfied. Thank you

Absolutely amazing customer service. We ordered a Fracture that arrived with coloring in one portion that seemed a bit washed out. I e-mailed Fracture about it and they asked me to send a photo. They then took the original photo I uploaded, color-corrected it for me, and sent me a new Fracture free of charge. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is just that.

I would give this 10 stars if I could! The picture I had done is absolutely beautiful! So crystal clear, it came quickly and I could not be happier! I absolutely recommend this for any important or keepsake photo.

First, let me say I have used Fracture many times, and I have been very satisfied up until now. The photo i ordered this time is beautiful, but it does not fit on the wooden stand. I chose the wood because I thought it would be sturdier than the metal. The picture is their medium size and too heavy to sit on a flat surface table. There was no way of knowing this when I placed my order. I do feel Fracture should have known this and reached out to me to say it would not work on a table. I have reached out twice through their on-line help chat. I allowed time between contacts for their response. I have not had any reply. I asked for either a larger stand, or for instructions on how to return the stand i ordered with the picture. No reply. This company has horrible customer service. There are no contact phone numbers; it's a chat format, and they never respond. The frames are not inexpensive, and the consumer has a right to receive ample customer service if something doesn't work out. I will never use them again. I hope someone at this company reads this review and decides to reach out.

The print turned out beautifully! It was packaged well and arrived safely. It was easy to install and I am really pleased with how vibrant the color is.

The colors pop on the wall behind . Prints are not grainy or blurred. Absolutely love them!

My pictures are absolutely beautiful! Extremely easy to order and my sister's 50th anniversary present has arrived. I am so excited to give it to her. Thank you for such a quality product.

Terrible experience. I ordered two medium sized prints on glass. One arrived completely "fractured." I guess the company name fits. Also annoying was the FedEx shipping was terrible. Nine days total shipping time. Two different "deliver by end of day" projections missed, and finally delivered broken five days after the first expected delivery date. No way to contact so-called "customer service" except via email. My email to support has not been answered from more than 24 hours ago. Also, the quality of the print is marginal at best. Save your money. Save your aggravation. Avoid this company.

Print arrived broken - I reported it and sent photo of broken glass! They have responded and are replacing. I missed their original email- my bad!!

I CANNOT say enough about Fracture-the quality is beyond what you can imagine-the uniqueness of an image printed on glass makes the pictures true conversation pieces. I am a repeat, repeat customer! The customer support team (Tyler was the person who took care of my order) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my order perfect. The last order I placed was a copy of a document from the late 1800s-which took a lot of extra attention to achieve the perfection that this project deserved. EVERYTHING you order arrives in your home as an heirloom piece that will be passed down for generations to come. I would NEVER trust my special pieces to any other company. I just came back from a Paris trip and had 2 of my photos put on glass. They turned out phenomenal! I am so impressed with how they turned out. The process was very easy. And I received the pictures very quickly. Will use them again.

I am a first time user of the service. I ordered a photo for my wife for Mother’s Day. When it arrived, it was beautiful, but the photo I sent was admittedly dark, and the transfer was dark as well. I contacted customer service and they replaced the picture, free of charge, with a lighter version that was spectacular! This company stands behind the product they produce
