The bottle was faulty and l couldn't…
The bottle was faulty and l couldn't use the atomiser spray.
All of the perfume leaked out after spending almost £42. for a 10ml sample.

Your review is very unfair and unjust. You ordered via a standard 3-5 working day delivery. It’s been the weekend and bank holiday which means your order is not delayed it’s due to arrive and has up until the 10th to arrive before classes as delayed.
You’re a repeat customer. You’ve not left a positive review before but jump to do a negative. Thanks for that.

Sadly I would not order from this company again. The samples come in a vial not in a miniature bottle. I had to chase my refund of an item that was not delivered and they would not refund the item I received but was not happy with, even though it was unopened.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
However you was refunded April 24th. It may take 5-7 days for it to go into your account but the refund has been processed. Proof of this has been sent to your email.
Also your reason for cancellation is you expected a full original bottle when our website name, description and images do state what to expect. Unfortunately you did not read the description.
Our description clearly says we sell decants/samples in glass atomisers. Which is what you received.

Very poor, no communication, in fact non, I tried to contact but again no responses.. took well over a month to arrive. I wouldn’t use again. The request for a review was the only communication received!!

The delay was not by us we dispatched in a timely manner but can not control if Royal Mail are delayed in delivering.

100% the real deal
Having owned a large bottle of Creeds 'Green Irish Tweed' in the past, and having lost it to my rather unpleasant ex in a divorce, and wanting to wear G. I. T. for a special upcoming wedding, I checked out the prices and decided that I didn't really feel comfortable spending that much on a fragrance anymore!
On checking out prices of samples, and ruling out 'Ebay specials', I decided to fork out £40 for a 10ml sample from Fragrance Sample Shop. It arrived in around 2 days, in fact I received it around 20 minutes ago.. On checking it out, I can guarantee that it's an authentic sample. £40 is steep these days to splash out on a 'sample' sized fragrance, but this is Creed we're talking about! I'm glad I took the chance though, cos this is definitely decanted from genuine Green Irish Tweed. I will have zero qualms re ordering from Fragrance Sample Shop again, and in doing so - saving money in the long run. Don't bother testing out various copies and Ebay fakes, because you'll be disappointed and quids down. Just spend the extra and get the real deal in the first place! Many thanks Fragrance Sample Shop, incredibly happy with my purchase!

I Didn’t even receive my tester. Despite the bad reviews, I decided to give this company a try. Yeah guys don’t order from this place. They’ll claim your email etc got lost in junk. It’s a scam.

Once we was made aware your item hasn’t arrived we sent a full refund and have sent you proof of that. So I believe this review is unfair as we refunded you the moment you asked for refund rather than a replacement.
Unfortunately we can’t control if an item gets lost in the post. Really is completely out of our control.
Also we have spoken on email and you’ve confirmed you received your refund so misrepresenting us by claiming we are a scam company is uncalled for.
