No responses to emails and no item
Ordered item but noticed delivery address was incorrect, emailed supplier 1 minute after confirmed order detailing deliver address incorrect and to use billing addresses, no reply so I sent another email the next day, again no response, standard email received stating item dispatched but still no response to my emails, item delivered incorrectly and still no response, How can a business not respond to 3 emails, this is a basic and good supplier ethic, disappointing as I have paid but still no received my item.
Received email from fragrancesample apologising and advising emails went into there junk box and was a system error at there end, they advised item would be sent out with a free sample for any inconvenience and asking could review be removed, again no delivery and no response to emails, could you please give response to trust pilot on why you are not responding to my emails and why I still haven’t received my item I paid for, especially after the fault being at your end, cannot believe this is how you treat customers.

Thank you for your review however I believe leaving us a fairly low review for not receiving a free sample for a £9.98 order is a little harsh. We do give free samples but only on orders over £30 like all other leading fragrance sample websites.

Wasn’t really helpful.
Packaged well on the outside
But sample bottle wasn’t twisted enough on lid
Even though I did get to smell but just didn’t get to sample properly on skin .
