Low Quality
Basically everything possible went wrong with my order.
Frames/covers came scratched and dented.
Photo quality was low. Low resolution and colors all screwed up

Excellent place to order frames
I had an excellent experience ordering custom frames and mats. The ordering process was straightforward and efficient, with a very good selection of styles to choose from. Not only was the variety impressive, but the costs were highly competitive and reasonable for the quality received. I will be using this Frame USA again for all my future and already have a few projects in mind

I love the frames, not the options.
I love the frames I get from your company, but the “special instructions” option is not helpful.
I do not use glass for my framed embroideries, so do not need, nor want, glass. I was told I will have to call to place an order for a frame with no glass. This might make me reconsider ordering at all.

So-so quality
The frame customization options and the accuracy of the measurements were excellent. Unfortunately, the back of the frame was of very low quality. The pieces holding the backing were flimsy (one fell out in transit), and the back was only a piece of corrugated cardboard.

The costumer service was fantastic!
The costumer service was fantastic, my package came damaged and they immediately shipped a replacement. Thank you and it made an incredible gift for my parents.

I ordered a mat for a poster. It was delivered quickly and just What I was expecting.

Nice frame at a great price.
Was easy to order. Arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Was pretty much as described.
The only issue was that the wooden frame had a large defect in the wood that I had to hide by making it the “top “ of the frame.
