The best packaging of a product for shipping I've ever seen. It is a beautiful fire pit.

I would’ve given five stars if there was slightly more bronze color and not as much black, but they are custom-made so I understand the color variations love the fire pit.

Our fire pit is beautiful & very heavy duty. The fire pit was initially suppose to take about 2 weeks, it took approximately 4.5 to 5 weeks to arrive. Customer Sevice was quick to respond for the most part.
This part of my review has more to do with the delivery company than Fire Pit Surplus but I feel the delivery service they work with are a reflection on them. Once shipped we received an email that we would be contacted for a delivery date & time and would need to be home to sign for the delivery. We were NOT contacted for delivery. We arrived home and the crated fire pit was sitting at the end of our driveway INCHES off the street where anyone could have loaded it up before we arrived home. The paperwork on the crate specifically stated DO NOT deliver without signature ...well there was no one home to sign for it!!! Thank goodness it all worked out for our delivery but the next person may not be that lucky.

Good experience. I don’t know why these fire pits in general are so expensive, but they are. You can get cheap, lightweight ones made out of some kind of fiberglass, but reviews show they’re fragile and come apart. The one I got from these guys is heavy duty, like around 500 pounds for a 44”er, solid concrete. Price was very good. Said it would be delivered in 3 weeks, took a few days more, no big deal. Would buy from them again!

Love this fire pit! It was easy to set up and looks great! It’s become the perfect centerpiece for relaxing evenings on my patio and gatherings with family and friends. It’s very heavy so it may be worth investing in their white glove delivery service. I had to bribe the delivery guy to get him to bring it to my patio. That said, great quality and well worth the purchase!

The wood stove was completely put together (drolet ht 3000).that was great! The stove was Crated very securely. Nothing was damaged and I live in va.iam very excited to use this stove.Thanks so much!!

Delivery was slow but once everything was done they compensated me.

didnt return emails or calls or chats. sent parts weeks late. i can't use your steel shelf because it puts the ring burner too high so that it cant get covered by the rock/glass so then i had to spend hundreds of dollars on rocks to put the burner on top of to fill the bowl. it seems like you sell these cheap because you arent paying attention to anything but the concrete. this was a very frustrating experience

Fire pit surplus was great to do business with, shipping was surprisingly fast and our new stove looks great.

The product we ordered appears to be fine. The only hiccup we had is miscommunication from the shipping companies as our order sat on a dock in our town for a week and required at least 4-5 calls to finally get it delivered.

Loved the experience due to multiple reasons... 1) quality product, 2) good communication, 3) well packaged and professional delivery!

Good delivery and service. Takes a bit of effort to unpack wooden crate/pallet to ensure no damage.
