I absolutely love my fireplace insert

I absolutely love my fireplace insert. Jess and the customer sevice was absolutely wonderful, easy to deal with when I had mistakenly ordered one part too many! Return and refund handled professionally. I am so glad I waited the 3 months for the insert to finally arrive!

Delivery was a month late and when I did receive it it was damaged, now have to wait another 2 weeks for replacement parts.

Sent wrong stove first time damaged panels blower did not work I have unhappy customers and did not receive refund on first stove need to send it back and get refunded let me know where to go to send back stove not happy with your service will go somewhere else from now on please contact me to get this resolved

The delivery of the items was delivered is still in process

The delivery of the items were delivered to two locations even after I contacted Firepits Surplus notifying the change,

Also a white-glove shipping process would be great for customers who may need support. Maybe having more information on the shipping process and steps on how to handle the items once receicved.

Overall, the support has been great.

Firepit surplus was very responsive

Firepit surplus was very responsive, and when there were issues with the manufacturer delaying availability, fire pit surplus checked regularly, and offered to cancel our order since the delay was more than a month. But the pricing was excellent, and in the end I got the best deal possible, and most importantly, the Drolet 1800 is installed and works great. Can't thank firepitsurplus enough for their excellent service.

Was a first time customer of this site and it was easy to navigate and find exactly what I needed. I had some follow up questions and JESS was a big help and answered all my questions quickly! Would definitely recommend their products and customer service.

Fire Pit Surplus is the real deal

Fire Pit Surplus is the real deal. I ordered a CW2900, had a bunch of questions, a manufacturer backlog issue, lot's of back and forth and indecision on my part. The Fire Pit Surplus Customer Support Team was super responsive at every point, answering all of my questions. In the CW2900 arrived at my home on schedule, professionally packaged and ready to roll. My family is really loving it. Finally, I needed my invoice and EPA certification for tax purposes and JESS was back to me the very next morning with everthing I needed. You rock, JESS!

FirePit Surplus Gets an A

Beautiful fire table! And first-rate 5-star customer service from owner Gary and coordinator Tiffany — they were always available, attentive, and good problem solvers.
I would give fewer stars to the outside freight delivery service — Hollywood Freight. Our item weighed 350 pounds, and the back and forth re restrictions and their “rules” made for unnecessary last- minute drama.

Extreme disappointment

Received a wood stove I ordered with defective paint and notified customer support and they said they would contact supplier and get back to me. It has been a week and I have heard nothing from them.

I think the HT 3000 is going to be…

I think the HT 3000 is going to be great.
The problem has been lack of communication.
Emails back and they need a website that reflects the order system.
There maybe but I couldn't find a link.
I don't like to feel stupid if I ask.
Never ordered or owned one in my lifetime.
I think there good folks but maybe a page on information and ordering.

Chat was amazing

Chat was amazing. They were available late in the evening, answered all my question and sent me the invoice to place the purchase. Easy as can be. Our fire pit is everything we could have wanted, looks like a tree trunk. We love it.
