Bit of a mixed review
Bit of a mixed review. I had an issue where I had three rooms in my house fitted with Hickory Pepercorn LVT. The floor colour of the Hickory Peppercorn LVT had been changed slightly by Kardean and when I asked about returning or exchanging the floor was told there’s a 30% restocking fee. Spoke to Kardean who were not interested and Frankley were not interested either stating there’s Kardeans policy. One room cost approximately £1450 so 30% to take a floor back is really excessive.

we are sorry you feel this way, but unfortunately can not help our supplier terms. this is all in our terms and conditions. Terms and conditions are not something we rigidly stick to, unless which we absolutely have to which in this case we did. the supplier will not waver there restocking fee and being a small family run business we simply cant afford to take the hit in these instances.

Absolutely amazing.
Price is always a consideration when making a large purchase and at the time these guys were cheapest by quite a margin.
I was skeptical as there were not so many reviews although they were positive.
I took the plunge and bought the Karndean flooring and then hoped for the best.
I needn't of worried they were superb, I was kept well informed via email, a courier contacted me within 48hrs and my flooring was delivered to Cornwall very well packaged and in perfect condition.
I will definitely return to Frankly Flooring in the future.

Ordered Karndean and it’s fair to say that the prices out there are hugely variable and I was a little concerned about using on online only retailer. Did all of the checks I could and decided to place the order and from there have never looked back. Greats comms from Tyler acknowledging the order right through to delivery. Through no fault of Frankly Flooring a little bit of damage to one of the adhesives from the haulier ….. no problem for Tyler, responded immediately and we resolved. 1st experience and would highly recommend.

Good price and delivery was as scheduled. The Karndean flooring looks amazing. Tyler was very helpful with ideas for the extra boxes of flooring and the return process was very smooth. Will definitely buy from these guys again.

From me ordering the wrong product code online through to the correct product then not being in stock for 5 weeks from the producer , Tyler replied promptly and efficiently to my queries by email and phone . Great customer service and competitive prices of goods .
