Delivery on time bag looks great haven’t used it yet but sure it will surpass my expectations

Very impressed with the service from this company. My birthday gift for my son arrived beautifully boxed and delivered within a few days of ordering.

The product is excellent.
As with all new bags.... it takes a bit of adjustment.
(But that is ME not the bag!!)

It did take long enough to arrive to make me doubt if it was going to arrive at all! Weeks. I guess I have become accustomed to faster delivery times.

Fabulous looking brief case and great quality

The leather bag is like it was described on the web site and is very exclusive. It has a good smell and feels soft. The compartment is very useful and you will get a lot of things in it. The bag is perfectly the right size. Not too big, not to small. Only one thing could be improved. The fixation of the belt could be made of a twist metal thing. So the belt will untwist by itself and not by the person itself.

Well what can I say I have looked and looked for a leather backpack for a while .. had a lot of disappointments too .. then I came upon the Frederic St James site .. tbh never heard of them but liked what I saw .. placed my order didn’t realise they were handmade to order if unsure read their story on the webpage .. so waited for my delivery and when it arrived saw my bag to say I’m over the moon is an understatement .. it’s perfect well made the little details the colour is amazing .. brown is such an under rated colour but I love it .. the smell is delightful .. it’s all leather no material straps to cheapen the look .. it’s roomy and I know for sure this will be my to go bag everywhere with me .. You even have a certificate how cool is that and it’s not expensive either .. I’ve paid more for plastic ..if you want classic I 100 % recommend Frederic St James

If I could give 0 stars I would. Shocking.. absolutely shocking customer service. No telephone number to contact. Just a generic email inbox. Emailing for a week and no reply. Found an email address on trust pilot by the name of 'Gavin', again no reply. I haven't received any communication regarding my order over 2 weeks ago. I have emailed requesting a full refund as the item isn't yet despatched and hope I don't have the hassle of having to return this back. I can see from previous customers this is a major issue. I wish I read the reviews before I purchased from them. I can't understand how a company charging so much for their products have absolutely '0' customer communication!

Ordered leather bag on the 6th march and still not received it I have sent three emails and no response to any of them not very professional as don’t get any reply 🤦‍♀️

Ordered a bag and had great experience with ordering and delivery. Lovely rucksack and I was really pleased although sadly it didn’t fit all my work items. So thought I’d exchange for a larger bag. To make a return you have to contact them which I have tried to do on numerous occasions. I’ve phoned emailed and tried to message through the website but two weeks on and heard nothing. Strange as they would have made more money of an exchange!
