I’ve been looking for a piece of leather accessory just like this, and when it arrived, I was not disappointed. It’s made so well ~ the zips are strong and the stitching is first class. Beautiful bag, excellent quality. Only fault is that the lining of the bag could be more appealing but that's absolutely not worth knocking a star off - very happy with it.

Frederic St James' service is as good as the high quality and finish of its bags. My order arrived in no time.
I found the online video useful for better understanding the Clarissa backpack's capacity - my laptop just fits! Also, being able to easily convert the strap from backpack to shoulder bag make it the most versatile bag that I own.
