I'm sorry that some of your invited participants reported a problem getting through while others were able to connect. It is very unusual, but sometimes a phone carrier has a bad route and calls to working numbers are not completed properly. If you encounter this again, you can use any of the alternate Free Conference USA access numbers listed on our website to get around the difficulty. As long as callers enter your unique conference ID, it doesn't matter which access number they call, as they all connect to our service. So that we can investigate further, please email support@freeconferenceusa.com with the specific phone numbers of the callers who reported trouble. Then we will follow up on any phone network issue with the carrier directly.

It was a conference of 6 people , we were all able to log in easy and the audio, connection was great. For short conferences this works well.

Love hearing that your audio connection was easy and clear. Free Conference USA provides unlimited minutes of audio conferencing. With longer or larger calls you want to use the dashboard tools to mute participants and control the call experience.

I am the host I put in my ID number pushed * waited the others to connect and they were waiting for me to connect and I was never connected when the first caller connected!!!!!! I really hate this. Can this problem be fixed ASAP?

When we spoke, we discussed how your guests entered a different conference ID than you did, so you ended up in a different conference room from them. Keeping only one conference ID active will ensure that everyone enters the same code and goes to the same conference room.
