When I checked calls in your conference "room," I found what seems like a successful call with a recording. Often audio issues are related to a bad connection into the conference platform. It may be helpful to know that you can use any of the Free Conference USA access numbers to dial into your conference room - they all come to our platform. If you experience a connection problem, using a different dial in number can get around a temporary issue in the phone network. Please contact us and we will make sure the service works to meet your expectations.
