My personal experience is that BW's customer service staff and technical advisers are second to none. So professional. Always readily contactable to help me out with the very few issues that have arisen.

When looking to upgrade our existing Sat package, we entered a conversation with the accounts team , during the conversation mention was made of the Mobile O2 options, that conversation changed our broadband world, living in a Very remote part of the Scottish Highlands with No landline access this option has like the Customer service team at Freedom Sat transformed and delivered a level of Excellence above and beyond our expectations, every member of the company goes above and beyond to ensure consistent service levels, thank you ,all.

I am afraid that I have not been at my Sussex address very much since the installation of my new satellite. The few times that I have used my e-mail it has been excellent inspite of my elderly and therefore slow computer. Lovely to arrive in Sussex and find I can view my e-mails - and send. So thank you a great success!

Great Service. We live in rural Herefordshire where the internet service from BT and other service providers is poor and almost hopeless ! Freedomsat allows me and my wife to enjoy fast broadband service 95% of the time . The ICT service is not so good - but still OK - in some weather conditions but that is to be expected using satellite services.

Very helpful in talking me through exactly what I needed to solve the issue. Not 5 star because the problem was caused by my having been sent the incorrect replacement antennae for my router

I live in a fairly remote location in the Scottish Borders and and can’t get broadband through the usual ADSL or fibre connections, so have a satellite broadband contract with Freedomsat. I have been a customer for about three years and really can’t fault the service. Although I don’t have a super fast connection, it is good enough to have allowed me to work from home for over two years without difficulty and provides a consistently good connection and reasonable speed.

I have only had to contact the technical department once, when my work laptop was upgraded but wouldn’t connect to the broadband; my call was answered swiftly, the technical adviser sorted out my problem within minutes, and even offered to talk directly to my work IT department if there were any further problems. Really excellent service!

One final point: I do like the online customer portal and free text service that is easy to use and allows me to keep track of my data usage.
