Freedom To Explore Avis 

Almost 4 weeks on from ordering, have still not received my items. Communication from this company has been terrible, so much so that my daughter did not receive (and has still not received) her birthday presents on time. Impossible to get through via telephone and responses to both email and online chat have been extremely poor.

UPDATE: After a lot of back and fourth, chasing emails (and no doubt following my negative review) I was able to get more clarity of what had happened with my order. As can be seen in the reply, we were sent part of my order as well as a full refund as an apology. I want to emphasise that I love supporting small businesses and leaving a negative review was a last resort (and attempt at receiving a response). I have bumped up from 1 star to 2 because of the apology I received from the owner, however on a personal level we were still left without a birthday present for our little one on her big day and reading other reviews I can see there are ongoing issues with the company that obviously need ironing out. Unfortunately we won’t be using this small business again.

Great little doll. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Easy to use website with great offers.

Very good and quick delivery. I saw this fleece whilst camping in cornwall in the summer and did'nt get it when I was in the shop, but managed to track it down online and used their website to purchase it. The small discount also helped.

Amazing service from start to finish, I had couple questions and my emails were answered within an hour at most. Also I had free delivery which I believed would be around 5 working days but item came in 2. Superb will def recommend and use again

Good communication from Freedom To Explore, formerly Little Goat Gruff. We have purchased toys, clothes, baby carriers and more from the store and always checking back to see what else is added! 😀 Fast delivery and always been perfectly packaged.

I had a problem with one item where the product box arrived damaged but item inside was fine. I contacted the company through Facebook and they responded very quickly. So happy with customer service too.

Such a great shop! I was a big fan of Little Goat Gruff so was a bit nervous about the rebrand but it’s the same fantastic customer service and quality eco brands as always :) I’ve placed two orders recently and they both arrived quickly and in sturdy sustainable packaging.
