Disappointing service
Item faulty (kids shoes) and not fit for purpose after only six weeks of use, and they have refused to give me a refund or replacement. I had bought them a few months before and they were too big so I had them for a while before my son started wearing them, but for a £75 pair of kids shoes to be falling apart after even six months is not a reasonable amount of time to expect them to last. I have emailed them again with photographs but they have ignored my last two emails. I have contact Vivo Barefoot direct to see if they can help at all.

You won't be disappointed
Great service. I was a little nervous ordering from a new place I hadn't heard of, but their reviews are all good. Communication was great from ordering to receiving my item. The teddy is very good quality and I'm glad to have found a new place to order from in future!

Great little retailer with sustainable values
Great experience. Got an excellent price on a Patagonia jacket which incidentally, I have loved wearing since I got it. The shipping was free, and carbon neutral and the packaging was spot on.

Two rights dont make a left
Got sent two right shoes rather than a left and a right! I was quite frustrated as I'd spent over £160 on them but speaking to Paris she was really lovely apologised and got the other shoe to me the next day as I needed then by the end of that week and arranged collection from Royal mail to my house to pick up the other one! It did make me laugh though tbh and it's a good story to tell my friends who think ots hilarious

FTE is always very good value and…
FTE is always very good value and reliable for a bargain. I always do during their sale time as 25% is such a great discount. I ordered another set of Connetix tiles this time, you can never have too much of this stuff! Fantastic hours and days and weeks of absorbing play followed....(the kids love it almost as much as I do!)

I would not use this company again
I would not use this company again. The Patagonia t shirt arrived poorly packed and really crumpled. The solution was for ME to wash and iron. Can hardly give as a gift having removed labels to wash and iron.

We are really sorry that your T-shirt arrived with some creases, as we explained we send in paper packaging to reduce our impact on the planet and it is to be expected that an item may get a little creased during transport. We also explained that we mostly remove the plastic packaging that items arrive to us in so we can ensure it is recycled, again to reduce our impact on the planet.
We explained that it is best practice to always wash new clothes before wearing anyway, from the manufacture of the fabric to the creation of the top to the transport all clothing goes on a long journey so it is always advise to wash new clothing before wearing it.
We also happily offered you to return the item for a full refund .
As we explained we have never had a complaint about something arriving with some creases before in all our years in business so we don't wish to change our packaging process which greatly reduced environmental impact which is of great importance to us.
