Lovely company
I ordered some gifts for my new granddaughter when they arrived one was not what I ordered. I contacted Freedom to explore they promptly sent the correct item and asked that I donate the wrong item to a local charity. I thought that was a lovely suggestion and i’m Sure that some one will be very happy to receive the donated gift at Christmas x

Order cancelled owing to “lack of stock”. Would have been nice to have been emailed or called by a human, rather than a blunt, automated email. Awaiting refund.

Hi Lauren, I'm really sorry you had this experience when shopping with us. Sadly inventory errors do happen, we are a small business without access to large man power to continuously stock check. We also have a physical shop and more often than not if an item isn't available it has been shoplifted :( A refund is always promptly issued in these instances, we have taken on board your comments about preferring a phone call in person and will look to implement different measures in future should this situation arise. Fast delivery and no problems
I had never used this company before and always reluctant to try new companies but the reviews I found looked good and they had a great offer on. Delivery was great, arrived quickly and no problems at all with the order.

Great price for a set of the amazing…
Great price for a set of the amazing Connetix tiles. Ordered these for my grandson and found them on Freedom to Explore whilst other sellers were out of stock. Price was cheaper than competitors with free delivery. Received in 3 days. Could not be faulted.

Damaged box
Easy order and speedy delivery. However, the toy arrived in a battered, tatty box which was very tatty. This wouldn't be a problem if I were ordering something for home but it isn't ideal to give as a present. I've had to buy a new box to package it in for Christmas.
