My biggest comA huge problem in getting my cash backplaint is I go through…

My biggest complaint is I go through their site as required to be eligible for the 10%0 cash back! So many times my purchases are not captured so no cash back! If I don't watch the account like a hawk I miss out on numerous purchases for the 10% cash back. Then I have to fight to prove I made the purchase. It is VERY time consuming to get what I deserve because their site fails to work properly! They stand to save tons of money by NOT paying out what they owe customers by not having their purchases automatically register s it is designed to do. Most people don't have the time to check that their purchases have gone through and then they are out the cash back! This is an ongoing problem with Freeshipping and they don't fix it! I pay $20 a month for this service that I feel is substandard at best! They need to do better!

I have read their reply and that is always their excuse but those are not the case they just don't register. It has happened so many times and the issues they talk about are not the problem. Their system is the problem. It is time consuming to fight for your cash back and it happens a good percentage of the time no matter of you have followed all the rules or not! They blame it on other things but that just isn't the case!!

Before I could get access to my first rebate. I had to pay the monthly fee of $20 and my first rebate was $10. Imagine that! I paid $20 to get $10. Absurd!

If you order on line often, this is a good prescription to belong to. It now costs $19.00 a month, so you have to use it often to get an amount over that. So far, I am doing okay with it.

That's correct! Some of our benefits do have per order caps, but there are no monthly limits, so you can keep collecting savings until you hit your yearly maximum. If you need to make a lot of purchases in a month for birthdays, school, or holidays, we'll have you covered!
