Great product which is exactly as advertised. My concerns about it being too tight around my chest were unfounded as it is so comfortable and the water bottle placement is perfect.

Best running vest ever!
I'm just starting my journey with running and this vest helps me a lot. The bottle is enough for a few kilometers, it's easy to drink from. Despite my phone not being small, it fits perfectly. I highly recommend buying it.

Complete headache. I ordered a running vest (which was terrible) I sent it back for a refund which I had to pay for. You have to request a refund also which takes time then they send an address to send it back to. It’s been 11 days now since they received my return and still no refund.
Save yourself the hassle from these scammers and shop elsewhere

They've created a new Trustpilot profile to hide all their previous bad reviews
Scammers all you have to do is check their old trustpilot account, they've clearly done a bait and switch. They went into liquidation and still trying to take orders from people!

Awful awful company
Awful awful company - do not use or believe these reviews. They are clearly fake!
No item received and when questioned, they lie and say it has been but funnily enough can never send the proof of that delivery. Oh you also have to sign a document to confirm you haven’t received your item because they don’t believe you! I mean who does that. They also never let you speak to complaints even when you ask repeatedly! They are thieves! I’ve had to go through my bank now to get my money back as this company are basically criminals!

Size guide inaccurate
I used the company's own size guide to judge what size I needed. Despite this, three out of the four items I ordered do not fit, and the company now tells me that they do not offer an exchange service, meaning that although I took advantage of the sale prices, I would need to order replacements at full price. In addition, returns are not even free and I guess that I would have to pay postage again for a replacement order (which I am very unlikely to place in case the fit is poor again). Very disappointing service.

The sizing guides are simply that, and are to give you guidance with the most comfortable fit, however we understand everyone's preferences differ & sometimes sizing can be quite personal. Avoid! Ordered a wind breaker jacket for Christmas (ordered December). Only tried on Christmas Day due to it being a Christmas present. Far too short in the arms therefore wanted to send back. To even start the process of sending an item back is like pulling teeth. Then was told due to it being bought in decmeber it couldn't be returned and as I reiterate- It was bought for a Christmas present so was not tried on.
After back and forth emailing, it has been a week and still no reply.

Unfortunately we can't see any order details have been linked with the review so we've been unable to look into this, however it's unlikely if you purchased an item in December we'd be unable to accept this back as a return, so we're unsure of the accuracy of the dates provided.
We can advise; in line with all other retailers, we do have a timeframe for returns. Whether this be over the Christmas period or any other time of the year.
