If I could give Freeway ZERO stars, I would. Do NOT trust them and do NOT pay their broker fees. They lie and pressure you to buy their insurance. Do NOT go with Freeway. Cancelling a policy with them is VERY difficult and they never can tell you how much you're going to get back if you're going to get anything back at all.

I had the policy for two days and even though I cancelled it on the second day and signed the paperwork on the second day, they didn't cancel it until the next day.

I told them I paid for AAA and didn't need tire coverage, but they charged me for it anyway. A customer service rep at Freeway rudely told me that I should have seen it in my contract. However when I was electronically sent the contract I was told I had to sign everything quickly or I'd be driving without insurance. At that time my daughter was in her car driving her brother to his soccer game. I was worried if I didn't sign it quickly as the broker said, she would be driving uninsured. The broker knew my concerns and it seemed that the broker was acting in my best interest, but now I just feel stupid.

I was scammed. I am out $400 plus dollars in broker fees. When I asked Freeway what the broker fee exactly was in dollar amount, they could give me an exact number. When I asked to see the documents I signed, they refused saying since the policy was cancelled I couldn't see the documents.

When I opened my policy with Freeway, it was a Saturday. All other insurance companies were closed, so they were the only company answering calls. I had many questions. I needed to change my auto insurance policy in order to save money.

Freeway, which I initially didn't know was a broker, promised me they could see all other insurance companies and guaranteed I was getting the best price because they were doing the comparing for me. On the following Monday, Allstate called me and quoted me for much better overage at a much better price. I'm barely surviving and now I've got $400 plus leaving my bank account for terrible, uncaring service from Freeway.

I have been without insurance for who knows how long because this people never let you know that your policy is not active! They just don’t notify your policy has been canceled! i think it should be their responsibility!

Yessenia Roque is indeed “The Best Agent”. I actually had Yessenia on the phone helping me 2 times in the matter of 2 weeks. I was talking to the rep Janessa Singh she was extremely helpful and helped me get insurance I can afford, when I had questions they were answered thoroughly and very clearly and she really really helped me especially when she got her manager to also help when I had a more serious question. 10/10 Would recommend ask for her she's awesome!!

My husband called the company trying to renew the insurance and this guy name johan elizalde told him that there was another company cheaper than one he had. So he proceeded to switch companies. After 4 months the new company (bridget) decided to cancel my husband’s policy for non payment. But,my husband paid for full 6 months . We were trying to reach that guy (johan elizalde ) and he never called back. One of his coworkers said that she was johan assistance (which is not true) those people don’t have assistants. When I explained to her what happened, she said..unfortunately there’s nothing we can do!..how easily is for them just to say that!!! When they already got their money and we lost ours!!! Be careful on who you trust with your money. We earned our money decently working while this people earned their money stealing from others !!!
