Bottom line is they offer good insurance,NO MATTER YOUR SITUATION, and they.. LIED
I called to find out the hype and they want to charge more than my current insurance..I asked the guy is that the best they can do..he said yeah...mind you I have NO ACCIDENTS( in the past 5yrs), NO DWI or DUI..EVER!!!, and NO TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS and they couldn't come through even with a DEFENSIVE DRIVING COURSE..ALL I'M SAING IS THE COMMERCIALS AND HEARSAY IS LIES THEY TALK A GOOD GAME TO GET CUSTOMERS..it wouldn't surprise me if they hike the rates not long after you join...THEY FALL FOR THE HYPE!!

They shouldn’t even get one star at this point I called for a sr22 mind you that was on the 28th of June it currently July 7 I called numerous times to both the dmv and insurance still nothing even called them yesterday then I get a email today the 7th of July saying my license number was wrong so why am I paying almost a week and something for nothing and why couldn’t yall inform me of that since ive called multiple times

Absolute dog water
Absolute dog water. They send me a letter in the mail, no call, no email. Telling me there going to cancel my insurance unless they get photos of my car. I emailed them photos. They cancel any way. Try to get me to pay 150 dollars to reinstate after getting paid already on time.
Absolutely terrible insurance company. Also charge 100 dollars to make any changes

I put in a subject access request
I put in a subject access request. Exactly one month later I received about 15% of correspondence, and 0% of internal correspondence.
Luckily I record and screenshot everything, so I noticed they've deliberately omitted the incriminating parts. This only strengthens my case against them and proves they cannot be trusted.
They have no idea what is coming their way (legally).
I'll post a few reviews a week to keep you all updated.
