Horrible assistance
I'd like to edit my review and give Kristol Frazee and this company a 1 star not only because there was an issue that I needed handled urgently and my needs were not met in a timely manner, but because Kristol, the initial person who helped me sign up, who is now a manager shockingly - has not called me back at all for any updates regarding this matter. I've only received an email stating that my concern has been escalated to the managers to revise an error on my insurance policy. This then this issue hopped over to Daisy R, another manager who actually did do something for a few hours, but inconveniently transferred me the complaint line stating she couldn't do anything because she didn't have anything to do with my initial setup. Even Orlando in the complaint department was confused on why he was transferred the call because he stated this should've been handled by the supervisors and both parties should've taken accountability. Don't waste your time here, they love to waste yours.

Freeway insurance company, don’t go
I went to the Titus ave agency on July 8th, tired to get some information about the policy, the very rude manager , her name was Julie seemed like I was bothering her. Very condescending in her attitude and comments. You could smell alcohol on her breath, I am assuming she was drunk. Very bad Customer service, don’t recommend doing busy with them

Beware working for this company. I made the mistake of giving them a 2 week notice of resignation and they let me go immediately. Don’t bother giving them the courtesy

Give Your Business to “Mo” at Decatur/Sahara Location
I was anxious and pissed off upon walking into the Freeway location on S. Decatur & West Sahara; I’d been going through financial strain and other issues for almost a few months that culminated in an insurance lapse.
Adding to the anxiety and frustration was the weather ALREADY being hot AF early in the morning! 😡🥵…So as I walk in, “Mo” greeted me- and properly, not with an apathetic tone as if I’m just a number- as I signed in, which started to ease some tension. Once I finally sat at his desk - which only took about 10 mins to take me- I briefly explained my situation and he listened intently and with patience. Meanwhile, he was assisting his colleagues with problem-solving and still being attentive; he noticed that I needed water and went to get a cold cup for me without me expressly asking for it - this eased tensions even further.
So finally comes the quote - he ended up SAVING ME nearly a few hundred dollars a month, full coverage!…I went into the 4th of July weekend with a much better outlook for the month and year ahead…I’m not one to express much emotion now but I am passionate and loyal - because of “Mo” I will stick with this Freeway and the provider until further ado. To “Mo” 🍻🫱🏻🫲🏾🫡 🫵🏽 😤🫵🏽
