My experience was definitely top tier. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Kathleen Chouinard 🥰 such a lovely lady. She was very warm and welcoming. She listened to my situation and needs with understanding and/or relation. We had laughs, real life realizations and business all in one. If I could I would give her a raise. Freeway was fantastic! They found me an incredible rate and were very informative and helpful getting my insurance all straightened out! Joanna was great to work with out of dade county.. so nice and so helpful. she was just great! Definitely recommend going to freeway insurance!

Starting to look a little suspicious. Very professional and courteous…
Very professional and courteous employees. They worked fast and accurately.
That review was the initial in-person visit I had at the Freeway Insurance office.
However; since then, they have sent me an email invited me to register an account and go online to become paperless in the future. I was not able to register online, so when I called and spoke to the help desk, I was told that the system was down temporarily and they would be back up the next day. At that time they would invite me to register again. So far, I have heard nothing from them. It's starting to look a little suspect.

Extremely profesional and amazing service
Martha and the manager were extremely nice people, amazing service and very profesional. They found us the perfect coverage we were looking for and for an extremely reasonable price. 20/10 reccomend.

Esta companies es una porqueria. Estoy llamando para cancelation mi policy y llevo mas de 5 dias y todavia nadie a podido enviar los documents al seguro para su cancelation.
Hasta e hablado con su supervisor Hernan y el se a echo de la Vista larga, no contecta el telefono ni las llamada. Servicio al cliente tambien es una porqueria. Les recomiendo que busquen otra agencies. No sirven son malisimos.

Giselle mcmahone is excellent at her job. She made quite the impression. She is very friendly very professional. If it was my company I would take my advice and move her up in the company. At the least keep therecordings of her interactions with people and have your new people study them. That will improve trainees skills, if you find that it does, move her up in the company, at the least, give her a nice raise. If you reward at a really good outstanding employee like Giselle others will notice that and try to match her skills and the company will just better itself.
