I was really disappointed that because…
I was really disappointed that because I wasn’t in on our delivery day that my items were automatically returned to the warehouse and I was issued a refund, but still had to pay £5 for the delivery that I never actually received.
When I questioned why they only tried to deliver it once, they said they weren’t sure why DPD had done that. I queried if I was to re- order and potentially miss my delivery again, would it go back to the warehouse again, they said yes.
