More vegan option needed…

As a vegan I was excited that they had options. However once I signed up I found that they had very few vegan options (4-7) for lunch and dinner. Most of meals had mushrooms in them, which I do not eat. I did switch my plan to add breakfast which allowed me to have more options. The taste of the food has been 3.5. My last box delivered was opened and carelessly taped closed.

Stop substituting meals

The food we're received that was 'ordered' was great. What is NOT great is Fresh N'Lean substituting our order with different food... that we don't want. Since starting with FnL, we have received 3 shipments, 10 meals each. In each and every shipment there have been at least 1 and in some cases 3 meals that we ordered that were missing... and instead you just sent us something that we don't really like. So we tried the meals you substituted...we didn't like them.. and ended up throwing them away. We are hoping that this ends soon or we will have to cancel the subscription. It would be better if you are out of stock or something... to ship us two of something we like instead of assuming we like something else.

I’m trying the vegetarian meals and all of them taste wonderful, except the tofu eggs don’t heat up very well in the microwave.

The food tends to be quite watery and the vegetables are cooked more than I like. The sirloin in the Sirloin and Potatoes is like shoe leather, which is sad because it's one of the few meals that doesn't contain sweet potatoes

Great, healthy food. Finally, a mostly organic, ready to eat delivery service!!
Great service as well. ... Just the website is a small issue. I hope they can fix it so we can see all ingredients on each meal AS you order it.

Tranformative experience

So, I've been a customer for almost 6 months. I'm of the opinion that if and when things go wrong, the measure of a great company is how they repair and turn a negative customer experience around. That said, there were a couple of errors made in my weekly food order, however one person stands above Board n truly transforming a unpleasant experience to one that made me a more reliable customer. Karen B is that person at fresh and lean who has given white glove, bespoke top tier 5 star customer service. This is to say, the service is excellent. And the food... It is delicious and really and truly fresh and healthy. You never feel bloated yet it is always filing. If you have a busy schedule, it's so nice to come home and just warm the food up! Some meals can be on the spicy side but just make sure you indicate your palette preferences in your profile. The general Customer service email can sometime take a couple of days to respond, but they are improving and it is a family company, which means alot to me: not a big corporation. If you want to support a family company with 5 star food and 5 star service go with Fesh and lean.

Tasty food but your order is wrong way too often

The food is tasty and the meals always arrive well packaged and cold. The customer service is great but unfortunately I need to contact them way too often. If you are following a specific dietary protocol, Fresh and Lean can be challenging as you will commonly receive meals not in your plan. They no longer label the meals as “Keto” or Whole30” or “Mediterranean Diet”. So you will need to read every food label and contact customer service with the number of meals that are not correct.

I’m only giving three stars because…

I’m only giving three stars because it’s very difficult to get a hold of anybody at your company and when I email I don’t always get a response back in fact I’m still waiting for a response from an email I sent three or four days ago. The food is OK but I wish the customer service was a little Better.

Fresh n' Lean does not listen to Feedback

I don't understand why none of my feedback is taken into account. I have provided multiple feedbacks on the quality and taste of food.
For example when you pick "Spicy" on the dash board menu, you food is delivered as "No Spice". And is completely bland. The taste is so awful I have had to throw the food I get and cook myself. I have been doing this for over 4 weeks now, your teams either don't read the reviews or just ignore the feedback. I'm about to cancel your service.
