The flowers arrived on time they were alive and looked great. I wasn't sure how far in advance I was supposed to schedule the order so the date I wanted wasn't available, but that is my own fault.

My order was never delivered
My order was never delivered! I have called and emailed and no response! The flowers were for my daughter in law’s 30th birthday and it never showed up. I am so embarrassed and upset!! And I’m out over $100!

We always say we wish we could deliver all of our packages ourselves to ensure they arrive on time and in great condition, however, we have no control once the package leaves our hands. We did take a look at your email history, looks like you emailed us on 12/30 and we responded at 10:13am on 12/31 with no response. Will you double check your email to see if it maybe went to a spam folder? If you don't find it, shoot us another email and we can give you options to make this situation right!

Couldn't be happier! Beautiful flowers
A friend of mine just had surgery and I wanted to send flowers to her, but she is out of state so this was super convenient and easy! the flowers were absolutely beautiful and they even wrote the note by hand, it was so special and i'm happy i chose fresh sends!

I was super excited for the flowers…
I was super excited for the flowers that I ordered to be delivered to my sister for her birthday but was really disappointed when the shipping was delayed. I chose for the flowers to be delivered on the 29th before 12 pm and on FedEx shipping it showed that they would be shipped by 12pm. It wasn’t until 4 pm that the shipping changed to delayed and still did not not arrive on September 29th. I understand that delays can happen but for shipping to be 20 extra dollars I would appreciate accurate and updated shipping notices.

Lateness is NOT out of the companies…
Lateness is NOT out of the companies control! I see that repeated here often. Fresh Sends contracts and chooses their shipping partner . . .their business is based on shipping! Take responsibility and treat your customers fairly.
I placed an order on Monday 9/20 for delivery Thursday, 9/23. Fresh Sends did not ship the package until Wednesday, 9/22 at 5 pm. The flowers did not arrive. Maybe had they not waited until the last possible moment to send them, who knows?
A call to Fresh Sends customer service, not really customer service just an answer machine. No return call, all day.
An email sent to customer service . . Received an immediate reply that they would get back to me in 24 business hours!! Do you mean three days?!
No product, no customer service. Wish I could give zero stars.

So sorry to hear about this disappointing experience. We really do wish we had more control of the shipping process and, you're right, the only part that we can control is who our shipping partner is. FedEx is generally really great at executing their service and are the most effective in the industry, but of course with thousands of packages being shipped a day, there are a handful that get delayed. Those delays are out of our hands but we always make it right for our customers (even if FedEx does not make it right for us). Every Fresh Send is shipped with priority overnight shipping to ensure the flowers arrive as fresh as possible and we let our customers know that very early on in the buying process. We're so sorry your customer service call was not answered, our business hours are between 9am and 5pm. Your email was received at 8:30pm ET and was responded to this morning. Our customer service team has a great history of response times well under one business day. We look forward to helping with this situation and appreciate your understanding in advance!
