Frias Properties of Aspen Snowmass Avis 

This year was the fourth or fifth year we have used Frias for our annual ski trip. We had a couple of last minute additions to our group this year and Frias worked to upgrade us to a bigger unit just a couple of blocks from the gondola. Will definitely use them again next year!

Frias took care of all our needs in a timely and efficient manner.

The van service exceed our expectations, all the drivers were personable and polite. Upon check in, it would have been nice to have someone walk us to the condo, it was very difficult to find, we had to call to have someone come actually walk us to the unit. It would have been nice to know about the constitution happening during our stay. Overall, I would happily rent as this facility again.

The accommodations are great. Very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 to spread out and be relax after a hard day of skiing. The ski-in/ski-out feature is fabulous. And it's just a short walk to the new base village with good dining options. Or there is a convenient shuttle to and from the Snowmass Village Mall with shopping and dining (or to Clark's market for groceries and beer). I highly recommend the Enclave!

You can’t beat the location of Independence Square. This is our second time renting from Frias and both times have been wonderful. Keep in mind this is an older property so you will hear noise from the windows and the adjoining walls. We bring ear plugs to help with that. They provide a nice breakfast and storage lockers for your ski equipment.
Unit 301, faces a busy/noisy street, across from Casa Tua, larger than Unit 308.
Unit 308, faces an interior alley so not much street noise but we did hear everything (talking) from the unit next to us (309), shower is nicer than Unit 301.

I liked how well everything was set up. The kitchen had some version of a toll I was looking for. The condo was up several flights of stairs. With all our stuff (we brought our own ski equipment) this was a lot of trips. There was a slow drain in the master sink, and some of the LED lights overhead were flickering. These things detracted from 5 stars.

I don't generally write reviews, but we have stayed with Frias a whole bunch of times. All great.

On our last visit, my wife left her "Makeup Bag" in the unit after we departed, which is apparently a end of world event for a woman.

Frias was so wonderful in locating the Makeup Bag and offering to FEDEX to use.

The location is amazing and the appartment is very cozy.The beds are very comfortable. Overall it is very nice. It needs a little renewal in the bathrooms.

The place did not meet our expectations. Rooms and specially the washer/dryer closet was in really bad shape! For the price, this place did not meet our expectations at all.

The service I received from Frias over a period of 6 weeks exceeded my expectations. After renting so many disappointing Airbnbs, the Frias experience was stellar! Gwen Cohen, the representative who helped me find my property was efficient and professional. She found the perfect property within days of my initial contact. Concierge Mariya was always available and very responsive when I needed something. Mariya was fantastic to interact with. The cleanliness and condition of the property I rented was perfect. My guests loved the property. I'm sure I'll rent through Frias again. As an aside, I have been visiting Aspen for almost 20 years and have heard more than a few negative stories from fellow ski vacationers who had bad experiences with non local or smaller agencies that manage Airbnb's. Frias has been serving the Aspen market for 50 years. As Aspen is an expensive market with many lodging choices, I felt that Frias - with their resources and history in the market would offer the highest likelihood of a fantastic vacation. They came through for me. Thanks to the entire team!

Great location, reasonable sized room but missleading from the pictures and description. It's a basement room next to the utility closet of sorts that makes extremely loud noises throughout the night and there is absolutely zero natural light in the room, it feels like night the entire day. Yet, pretty tough to beat the two minute walk to the AJAX gondola and town.
