Outstanding service by booking agent, concierge and front desk. All very helpful!

Clean, spacious, well-resourced (iron, toiletries, condiments...) well-located by city market.

TV in back bedroom turned on but did not get channels.

I always love using Frias Properties, they are quick to respond to any questions I have and they have a super friendly team. From Reservations, to Check-in to Housekeeping everyone is enjoyable to work with.

The condo was fantastic. The updates were well done. It isn't the largest footprint, but well laid out. Thank you!

The company does an excellent job communicating throughout the process and makes checking in and out extremely easy. The property was in perfect condition, very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. When we had an issue, they resolved it right away. Of all of the rental properties we have stayed in, this is one of our best experiences.

Billing from the beginning was incorrect, I was splitting it with my counterpart but she was so intent on billing asap, she charged me the entire deposit. Door code did not work, had to call office. Communication was good the week leading into the trip.

Great condo with AC in every room!

I am giving it 5-stars despite having no hot water during my stay - boiler issues. The reason is the reaction to the unfortunate circumstances (which wasn't your fault - boilers sometimes give out). Everyone was on top of it immediately and tried to help. You also offered considerations for the inconvenience that I really appreciated as well. So, while our stay could have been better with hot water, the service you all provided was top notch.

Check-in/out a breeze. Condo was nicely appointed and close to everything. The only downer was the bag drag up/down the stairs.

The house was very clean. The view from the house was very beautiful. It was easy to walk around the city and have restaurants and shops nearby.

The check in process was smooth. I would say the only negative is that you have to walk up several narrow flights of stairs and there are no elevators. We had 6 adults and the rooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to make breakfast. We enjoyed our stay!

Everyone at Frias I talked with was helpful, friendly and responsive. One thing you might want to know-we had trouble finding the house on a dark night as Google Maps took us to the back alley where it was very difficult to see house numbers on a dark night.

Beds could be replaced. Needs updating!

Frias Properties of Aspen is the absolute best! It was my 4th or so stay with this rental group, each time in a different unit - all were amazing. The team is helpful and kind and has always made our vacations unforgettable! Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, fantastic location, comfortable clean room and beds. Enjoyed the beautiful hot tub views. One star off is just due to one window with a single pane leading to lots of street noise, cold seeping in, and could smell folks smoking on the street below. The rest of the windows in the room were double pained, so we could tell that if this one were replaced none of these things would be an issue... With ear plugs, falling asleep was no problem.

Independent Square in Aspen is ideal place to book right in the middle Of dining and skiing. Room 311, has a queen bed, Not a king and is well appointed. during booking, I was told there may be noise or music from belly up, I ask for a box fan to run on low towards the wall every night, it’s solved the problem.
