Great location! The hotel property was lovely. We got to enjoy the rooftop hot tub! The views were amazing!
Our room was perfectly clean and beautiful. Property exceeded our expectations!

The location was exceptional and right next door to the Belly Up concert venue. The only negative was there were no extra blankets or a rollaway for an additional guest.

Unit 205 in Enclave had an awesome view and very comfortable and looks great! We found all sorts of activities in the area for our our family to enjoy and have fun together: Rafting, Rodeo, Concert, Hiking, and More!

This is the second time we stayed at the Independence Square Hotel in Aspen. Overall, it was a very good property with a great location in the heart of town. Our room fronted the park outside the hotel, so it was somewhat noisy at night until midnight or so. We would probably select an inside room the next time we stay here.

Easy to check in and our unit was nice and updated.

Other than parking, the place was amazing! The rooms were clean and well maintained, the lady at the front desk was friendly, and took her time to explain parking to us.

Our room was not ready at check in time. We didn’t have to wait long but still…
There was a mouse in the third bedroom with the bunk beds. The sound of it scurrying around in the night kept my son awake. He was able to trap it on the second night (capturing it in the waste basket, then turning it loose outside).
Your reviews do mention stairs but even we were unprepared for how many there were!!

We had an amazing experience! From booking the property, to the help from Mariya (concierge) on booking excursions to the cleanliness of the condo, everything was outstanding! We would definitely stay again!

We had 3 families for a birthday reunion- 6 adults and 3 under 5. The house and the location were perfect in every way. We especially appreciated the playground less than a block away and the easy walking access to everything in town.

Located in a very central area of Aspen. It is very easy and quick to walk around to all the different shops and eateries.
The accommodations themselves, were very comfortable and lacked nothing.

Booking the unit was easy including changes we needed to make. We ended up with an upgraded unit due to maintenance on our booked property. It was amazing! Also, there was an issue with the unit number being incorrect in our reservation email and that caused issues with being locked out of the unit and scrambling to find someone to figure out the error. Mistakes happen and everyone I talked to while resolving the issue was helpful and followed up to make sure I was set with everything. Would definitely stay in one of your properties again and recommend to friends!

I found them searching last minute for accommodations during a very busy time in Aspen. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience from beginning to end. They communicate extremely well, are very responsive via both email and text. The place was perfect- very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The booking process was a bit complicated, I was booking for the Aspen Institute event and had little choice, I appreciated the staff guidance on properties. Check in was excellent, I arrived early and was able to leave my bags until the 4pm admittance time. The staff graciously brought my belongings to the unit when it was available.
A less favorable part of my experience was being in a ground floor unit that raised my concern for my security at the entrance to the unit and within the unit. First, entering the unit, the walled-off entry was pitch black, there were outdoor lights that were not turned on, even in the day, I needed my phone flashlight to see the keypad on the door. This area, being hidden from view was concerning from a security point, as I was coming/going alone. Second, the main room window had no screen. Having no air conditioning in the unit, and being there is summer is was absolutely necessary for me to have windows open to circulate air and cool down the unit. I did not open the main window due to the lack of a screen. Further, I did not open either window over night due to the ground floor nature of the unit, and windows literally being at ground level. This might be something to share with a future guest who happens to be a female traveling alone.
