Clean, friendly, perfect location and great sundeck and hot tube with gorgeous Mountain View

Stay was ok. Front desk seemed annoyed at times for simple requests like blankets and extra toiletries or for recommendations of where to eat. We were told we could list room for rent as we had to leave a day early due to weather. We did leave before checkout the day before and room was listed- we even tried to see if room was available online to be rebooked and it showed booked. However; we were told later that the room was not booked.

Staff were friendly. Answered my queries before I confirmed the property rental.

Really appreciate the ambience of the hotel and convenience of the location. The front desk staff, Andrea and Jairo are very responsive and committed to helping make one's stay the best it can be.

Great condo. Excellent staff on the front desk. This very historic building is gorgeous.the owner of this large one bedroom designed it beautifully. It is less than 2 blocks to the Ajax gondola.

Our departing flight was canceled bc of weather and independence square was able to be flexible and offer us lodging an extra night if needed.

Beautiful condo in the perfect location for all on and off mountain activities. The concierge was responsive and helpful whenever our group needed anything. This is our 4th stay at Fasching Haus and #8 has been our favorite unit. We will definitely book again there again in the future!

Our condo was neat, clean and nicely appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed the space. Additionally, your concierge service was excellent helping us with groceries, shuttles and various other questions. Overall, we're very pleased with the Frias experience.

Ok! For a long stay, you could change the bed clothes. It’s very important for me!

Great place and service

We stayed in one of the most beautiful condos through Frias Properties in Aspen, Colorado, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The condo had breathtaking mountain views and a perfect location close to everything, including skiing, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.
The rooms were incredibly comfortable and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. What really stood out was the management team they were always responsive, helpful, and happy to assist with any questions or requests, making our stay completely stress-free.
The amenities were an absolute dream. Having a steam room in the shower and an outdoor hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of skiing. We couldn’t have asked for a better Aspen experience and would absolutely stay with Frias Properties again.

We truly appreciate your conceige service and the helpful call we had I trying to find the accumulation for my family during the past winter vacation . We look forward to come back soon !

The condo did not filled my expectations. No washer & dryer. Need new be 1/2 bath at least. And remodeling

Property location was outstanding with easy walking access to skiing and restaurants and close parking space for car. Happy that the pool was the hot tub while the small hot tub was out of commission. The cleaning service was excellent and completely what was needed for our stay. Access to health club nice perk.

I want to point out how helpful Paul, manager from the Enclave, has been with us when we encountered an inconvenience during our stay. Thank you!

Another great vacation with friends and family. I have been using Frias for over 10 years and they never disappoint us. They go above and beyond to make our stays amazing , from great gift baskets with bottles of wine and champagne on arrival to extending our stays when possible and even finding lost items and shipping them home to us. The Frias team is amazing! Special thanks to Julie and Lesley for all your hard work and making this last stay a great one!! See you again soon!
