Frias Properties of Aspen Snowmass Avis 

This particular property was great. And the Frias team was incredibly responsive, helpful and cordial. We would gladly stay at Frias properties in the future.

Condo was perfect, as advertised. Location is amazing. Shuttle service was spot-on each time. Will be back!

It is a nice condo but I wish there was more help with luggage etc. also so many things were not working right in our condo, shower was hard to use the toilet paper holder fell off and no one ever fixed it and the safe did not work. It is a lot of money to stay there and such a great location

You feel at home, they take care of everything you need. Great place to stay! You feel great when you came back from the Ski and everything is gently arrangement to make you feel good.

The location great, room clean and spacious but the room was next to dumpster and heard bottles trash being thrown out til 2am. I wish read other reviews, would have booked other room

Front desk employee was not that friendly.

Terrific property and support from Lesley at the front desk. All the amenities are outstanding. The people of your company put the experience over the top.

The room itself was fine, and the location close to everything. The hotel check-in parking spot was always taken by ride share, so getting luggage into the room from distant street parking was a challenge. The biggest issue, however, was the constant noise. There were metal garbage cans right outside our windows, and people opened and banged the lids shut all night long. Then, in the early morning hours, the garbage people came and banged the cans around more. We got no sleep, and while we had paid for two nights, we had to leave after one. We spoke to the front desk upon check-out but were offered no recompense. We will return to Aspen, but not this property.

It was a great experience renting from Frias Properties. Our rental was mostly stocked with the every day essentials and any time I reached out to them I was able to get a prompt review. I will definitely look to utilize them in the future when I am in the Aspen area.

Great location and walkable to everything.

We have owned or rented homes in aspen for the last 20+ years. When renting, we turn to Frias who have always been exceptional.

Will not rent from VBRO ever again after renting from Frias.

Heartless rental company that has no compassion for their guests.
Had to cancel the entire trip due an emergency with the dog.
Immediately was told no refunds because it wasn’t in the 14 day window.
Not a single kind word like hope your dogs ok or sorry about what you’re going through.
I understand policies because I own my own business, but we also make exceptions for certain situations, family emergencies being one of them.
Even offering to refund one night instead of both would have been ok but instead all I got was a cold & uncaring response.
Should really work on their customer service & try to have some understanding for what people are going through.
A little kindness can go along way especially if you want people to tell others about your property which obviously I won’t be doing.
Plenty of other great properties in Aspen that we’ll be booking instead in the future.

Check-in process was super easy. Great location for where we stayed. Blocks from everything, and place was great for our needs. Beds were huge, and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

A roomy 3 bedroom apartment that allowed 7 of us and a baby to sleep comfortably

Front desk people at Independence Square do a fantastic job, are very friendly and helpful. Also, Julie, with reservations, is wonderful and always great at helping me to find the right property/location!

This is about your amazing head concierge Mariya Mitsinovoa! Although my girlfriends and I stayed at one of your properties, we sadly booked through VRBO. Since I had very little response from our "agent" (who also had absolutely no knowledge of the area as they were from another state), in desperation, I figured out our condo and it's management, that led me to Mariya. After honestly explaining the situation, she STILL went out of the way to help us. From sharing fabulous ideas as well as important logistical information to even helping me with my luggage and offering local discount coupons on my arrival. My welcome to Aspen was wonderful due to Mariya! I will recommend your properties (and Mariya) to my friends and will certainly call for my return! Thanks again!
