New Windows & door installing …
We recently had our windows and doors replaced, and we’re very pleased with the results. The work was very nice and has completely changed the look of our house. It feels brighter inside, and the exterior has a much cleaner, updated appearance.
The workers were friendly, professional, and got on with the job efficiently each day. They worked well together, kept everything tidy, and made sure the installation was done properly. The new windows and doors fit perfectly and operate smoothly. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we’re happy with the quality of the finished work.

Be aware, don’t pay fully until you are satisfied with the job.
Had windows and doors fitted in July 2025 and fitters were very professional and polite.
Georgian bars on some windows panes were missing. It was meant to have 3 but it only came with 2 also front door lock was supposed to be a security lock but it came with normal lock.
Fitters and office guaranteed that it would be all sorted by following week but that never happened.
Contacted them several times and always told that someone will come and fix it but no one ever did.
So haven’t been chasing them for a while because of health problems but I don’t believe they will do anything about it.
As soon as they have the second and last payment they don’t bother with customer service.
Also the Fensa certificate that were promised never arrived.
Obviously a comboys outfit so be aware that sometimes they will do as little as possible to maximise profits.
It shouldn’t have cost them much to rectify the windows bars as it was a factory mistake and not theirs so I believe the factory would have swallowed the cost of the parts, and they probably would have spent a couple hours fitting new glass panes which would just be labour cost for them.
Had this review up a couple months ago and company contacted me asking to remove it and they would come on 4 February 2026 to rectify problems.
Obviously this review is going back on as they haven’t came as promised and refused to answer phone, messages and emails.
If this happens to someone else which it will please don’t remove negative review until they fix your problem.

If you’re on the fence — just do it. The new doors completely transformed the look and feel of my home. Solid, secure, and beautifully finished. The installers were friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Everything fits perfectly and works flawlessly. Couldn’t be happier with the upgrade.

No refund despite order cancellation within 7 days
Title: Refund Only Processed After Credit Card Intervention
Review:
I placed an order with Frontier Windows Ltd and paid a £500 deposit. During the survey, the company confirmed they could not meet my requirements, and we mutually agreed to cancel the order. I confirmed the cancellation in writing within 7 days, in accordance with their Terms & Conditions, and was advised the deposit would be refunded.
Despite this, no refund was issued by the company. I sent multiple emails and a formal complaint by recorded delivery, but the refund was only recovered after intervention by my credit card provider under Section 75.
This experience highlights the importance of carefully checking customer service and refund policies. I hope Frontier Windows improves its processes to ensure other customers do not face similar delays.

At Frontier Windows Ltd, we always aim to be transparent and fair in our dealings with customers, which is why our Terms & Conditions clearly outline our cancellation and refund policy.
In this case, a full survey was carried out at the property. As stated in our agreed Terms & Conditions, once a survey has been conducted, a charge is applied to cover the cost of that service. Additionally, we received your written cancellation request 9 days after the order was placed, which falls outside the 7-day cancellation period referenced in your review.
For this reason, we will be formally disputing the chargeback, as the review does not accurately reflect the contractual position or the services that were provided.
We are always happy to resolve matters professionally and encourage open communication. However, we respectfully ask that you reconsider or amend your review to reflect the full circumstances.

Multiple Emails Ignored After Paying Deposit
I’m still waiting for Frontier Windows to respond to me. I placed an order several weeks ago and paid a 50% deposit based on their 3–4 week installation timeframe and assurances that the windows were already in production. That timeframe has long passed, and despite sending multiple emails and follow‑ups, my messages have been ignored. I’ve received no confirmed specification, no installation date, and no meaningful update on the order.
The lack of communication has disrupted other trades and falls well below the expectations set at the start. I’m still hoping this will be resolved, but at the moment it has been extremely difficult to get any response from the company.

After receiving a request from Frontier Windows to amend my review (I still haven’t received all the promised information from them) I gave them an opportunity to redeem themselves by sending me the information required for my planning permission, as it was delaying the installation. Despite further reminders to them, I’m STILL waiting for a reply and the requested information!
