Frost NYC Avis 

I bought a Rolex from Frost NYC( 9000,00) , and it had a defect. I sent it back for repair, paying $700. I requested that my address be updated in their system. I received the watch back, still defective, and sent it again for repair. I updated my address on the website and deleted my old address.

Upon returning the watch, they sent it to my old address. They didn’t require my signature for receipt.

Now they claim it’s my fault.

I have an email requesting the address update. My current address is on their website.

The company guarantees delivery security on their site. However, now all I receive are emails blaming me, without any concern, just expressing regret and insisting it was my fault.

I have all this documented.

I don’t know how to proceed. I have bipolar disorder and am currently experiencing a panic attack, feeling lost in how to resolve this.

I updated my address, paid for the repair, and trusted the company’s security policy.

Please help me understand how to resolve this situation.

I loved both pairs of earings i purchased. I really do wish packaging was better-first impressions do matter and also it’s more convenient not having to buy the nicer box extra.
