The experience could not be any better, the people are so nice. The gold is beautiful, and the prices are the cheapest in the city if not the country. I got a beautiful gold bracelet that I’m very very happy with and I just had it appraised for 2200 and the jeweler couldn’t believe I only paid 1500 for it. This is about my third piece of jewelry from frost NYC and as soon as I get some extra coin, I’m gonna make it four pieces of jewelry. (They say Gold is investment)- lol I don’t care. I just know that I love this piece of jewelry on my wrist!! A-++ service!!

Just think about it you order a watch put it down payment on it. You called them back within one minute and you asked them is the bezel on authentic Rolex. They say no it’s not you say you’d like your money back. They say OK we will give you your money back then behind your back they charge you a 25% Restocking fee when they tell me they have to order it would take three days ,,,,,Have you noticed on the reply? They never mentioned that the bezel is fake because they’re fake. They sell fake jewelry Do not buy from the scammers they tried to charge me a 25% restocking fee. After the fact they tried to sell me a fake Rolex watch the bezel was not real. It was not authentic, and then, besides that they claimed the watch was 18 karat gold, solid gold. That was another lie. I spoke to them a second after I put down a down payment and told them to cancel my order because they told me that it was not solid gold, and the bezel was a fake, they never refunded my money to me and then to say it’s a restocking fee thank God I called my credit card company right away. They are scammers and scumbags. Go back to Israel you pieces of poop. Since you decided to answer me, I wanna reiterate that you told me it would take three days to get the watch in stock so there wasn’t a restocking fee. I called you immediately within two minutes of the down payment you told me, you would return my deposit another lie but obviously, you won’t say that to the buyers because you guys are creeps that you would cancel the order then behind my back you try to charge me a 25% restocking fee I told you I could come pick the watch up in the afternoon and you said it would take three days to get the watch and then you said they had to put the diamonds in by hand. These watches are ordered from a manufacturer who makes these they are corrupt no good scumbags, call your jeweler about this paragraph let them read it and they will tell you the same about frost there lying pieces of poop do not order from the scumbags they lie they cheat and they steal

I’ve been LIED to multiple times, intentionally DECEIVED & MANIPULATED, even had my own jewelry HELD HOSTAGE over my previous Google review, which I was BLACKMAILED into changing. LANA & FROST NYC have now wasted 4 MONTHS of my time

I sent my chain in to be repaired on 4.14.24. Frost ruined it & sent it back to me destroyed! Mirna apologized & sends me a return label to get it fixed

When I got it back the 2nd time, it STILL wasn’t fixed! Mirna said they repaired it the best they could but it wasn’t repairable. I asked why they didn’t tell me this BEFORE sending back a ruined chain AGAIN? I also reminded them of their LIFETIME WARRANTY which states – IF WE CANNOT FIX IT, WE WILL SEND YOU A REPLACEMENT FREE OF CHARGE!

After a bunch of back n forth arguing, Frost lying & scamming me, they even accused me of ruining my own chain They finally agree to replace the chain they ruined. But they no longer carry it, so THEY offer to replace my 8.5mm Hollow w/ 8mm Semi-Solid. I agree, sent back the ruined chain & waited WEEKS for the replacement

3rd times the charm, right? WRONG! Frost sent me a DIFFERENT style chain, a SMALLER one (7.5mm) I let Mirna know & she said Frost Management decided to send me a smaller, “more tightly wound” chain to ensure I wouldn’t have any more issues. WOW! So Frost Mgt. just decided to send me a different chain without telling me or asking my opinion/permission after we had an agreement?

After I leave a negative review, Lana w/ Frost Mgt quickly reachs out to me. She apologizes for everything & says to send the chain back & they will “MAKE ME A BRAND NEW CUSTOM CHAIN”. She promises to send me pics & a video to get my approval before shipping it. I agreed & send the chain back for the 4th time

Once Frost got it back, they say they won’t start making my new chain until I update my review & that its store policy. BLATANTLY HOLDING MY CHAIN HOSTAGE UNTIL I CHANGE MY REVIEW! Since when did reviews become more important then customers getting what they PAID for & are promised? & what company has a policy where its ok to BLACKMAIL customers by holding their property hostage in exchange for updated reviews?

Its now been 3 months, we made a new agreement on a replacement & I wanted to be done with it all. So I stupidly agreed & changed my review to 5star with a shout-out to LANA so they could start making this new custom chain

2wks later, LANA says my chain is finished & will ship it out. She sends dark/blurry pics & a grainy video which purposely didn’t show any detail. But in the pic I noticed a marking on the chain. A distinct marking that my OG chain had… Would she really be trying to pull one on me? After EVERYTHING?! I tell her I DON’T approve & ask for better pics & a clear video. I also

tell her I suspected she’s trying to send me my OG chain instead of the one we agreed on. I was upfront & gave her the chance to stop playing games & send me the right chain

Lana’s response is panicked & she tells me “This has gone on long enough” & that she already shipped the chain, even tho she promised to wait for my approval. She tells me that not to contact her anymore on this # as shes no longer comfortable discussing company matters on her personal cell… Even tho SHE reached out to ME on that #

I swear to God, LANA & FROST 100% SENT ME BACK MY OG HALLOW CHAIN. AFTER AGREEING TO REPLACE IT WITH AN UPGRADED 8.5MM SEMI SOLID CHAIN THAT WAS MADE JUST FOR ME. I HAVE PICS & VIDEOS W/ DATES BUT TOOK IT TO 4 WELL KNOW JEWELERS WHO ALL CONFIRMED THAT ITS HOLLOW. ALSO THAT ITS NOT NEW & HAD 15+ LINKS POORLY REPAIRED

Misrepresenting & lying about what I was given, deceptive business practices & purposely committing consumer fraud! See pics for some of LANAs blatant lies, deceitful tactics & trying to scam me first hand. I’ve bought 3 chains from Frost & this is the thank you I get for being a loyal customer. Absolutely disgusting & I think it’s illegal

FrostNYC is an absolute POS company.
Their website only works with Chrome.
You get to the end and the installment plan disappears and they bill you for the entire amount.
Then if you try to cancel they say it's a 15% fee.
This company is a Scam and absolute trash.

Initially when I bought my change from frost NYC I was happy I had a 28-in chain that weighed 21 grams of white gold my wife had a 20-in chain 7 g of white gold. The website tells you that there's lifetime warranty repairs and replacement. I'm here to tell you that it's not true. I sent mine and my wife's chain back to get repairs. Hers was broken at the clasp mine had one chain link broken and three quarters of the length still attached to it. I sent them back for repairs customer service was horrible except for one woman that I spoke to. I took a month to get them back and I was even more disappointed when I got him back. My chain which I bought a 28 inches so it would easily go over my head no longer went over my head so I knew something was wrong to begin with. Busted out mine ruler and scale and found out that my chain was now 26 and 7/8 in long and only 20 g in weight. I checked my wife's hers was now 19 inches long and missing . 5 gram. I called up immediately complained to them filed the complaint never to hear back to him only to reach out to them again with more round and round talk. And then decided it was time to post a bad review for the horrible service I have been receiving not to mention the theft of my gold. That was only done they contacted me and tried to smooth everything over. The woman I spoke to was very rude and hung up on me when I was the one who was wronged. They agreed to send me a box to send the stuff back I sent it back only to be deceived again. This time when I got my change back there were only an eighth of an inch off on each chain and three of a gram shortened. You can't make this stuff up. Going forward I suggest Frost NYC fires their entire staff and starts over. What the reputation they're getting maybe change the name as well. I really never had a customer service experience this bad in my life and I'm not the kind of guy that go around and bash businesses for no reason. Matter of fact I'm not even the kind of guy that do reviews but after the experience I had and the way I was treated not to mention my problems were never resolved I just want it all potential customer to know what you're getting yourself into. I would never do business with this business again

Be careful ordering online at frost nyc. I ordered 7 pairs of earrings totaling 1,200.00 instead of frostnyc sending all 7 earrings, they only send one pair. The one pair they send, are earrings I didn’t order.

The 1 pair they sent costed 1,200.00 to compensate for the other 6 earrings they did not send even though they pair they sent should have costed 860.

Be careful ordering online from frostnyc. They are clearly looking to scam their customers as frequently as possible.

Where to begin?! This company is FRAUD! They send out chains that a faulty and/or broken, and then they refuse to return for money back and claim it's not their problem. Additionally, they claim the items are delivered when they are NOT. Read all of the reviews, and make sure you report them to ALL platforms (Yelp, Google, BBB, etc.) if they refuse your return.

I purchased a chain and bracelet from FrostNYC and Chelsea was my sales person she was very professional I also asked her if she would send the merchandise to me for my birthday, I received it the day before. Job well done Chelsea!

I bought a Crown pendant from Frost NYC. It broke, small pieces of gold started to fall from the pendant so I sent the pendant back for repair. Frost NYC say that the repair is free but it is not. It will cost 90 dollars for repair and the cost to send it to Frost NYC which is another 100 dollars. So almost 200 dollars. Frost NYC sent back the pendant and it broke again. Pieces of gold started to fall off. So I sent it a second time and it cost me 200 dollars again. Frost NYC sent back the pendant and it broke again. This time I told them that I want to have a new pendant because the old pendant is made of fake gold or the most worthless quality of gold ever. So I send the pendant back to Frost NYC and it cost me money once again and they actually sent me a broken crown pendant back as a replacement and called it a new one. I sent them photos of the so called new crown pendant, real proof that the pendant was broken not new. Frost NYC told me to appreciate that they sent me the new pendant, a broken one. This company is made by hustlers and scammers, they sell fake gold, the worst kind of quality on their products. Frost NYC have made it into a system of capitalism. Buy worthless products from Frost NYC and then the customer has to send the product back for repairs and Frost NYC earns more money. I have never had a gold pendant break before. Frost NYC so called gold pendant broke three times and they could not make a new one that does not break into small pieces. Incredible bad quality, lies all around from Frost NYC. Their customer service is so bad. I had someone called Lana B, the lies that comes out of her mouth is distasteful and embarrassing. The pendant cost me 700 dollars when I bought it. To send it back for repairs has cost me around 600 dollars more. Frost NYC is the worst company I have ever seen handle and work with gold products or so called gold products. Frost NYC says it is 10 carat gold, but if it was gold and 10 carat which is supposed to be the hardest gold it would not break into little pieces by just wearing it. True scammers and fake goldsmiths is Frost NYC. Do not buy anything from Frost NYC, it is not worth all the trouble and waste of money that comes with Frost NYC.
If you want to buy beautiful gold earrings with real diamonds or other gold products, check out Kaplans Auktioner, a company in Sweden that sells the real quality things that we customers want in 18 carat gold, a auction house in Stockholm with good prices. Not the so called 10 carat fake gold that Frost NYC sells and lie about to their customers and is so expensive that it is ridiculous and makes no sense what so ever. Frost NYC is the worst site of gold products that I have ever seen and it is because it was made by hustlers and scammers. This company is not to be trusted and anything you buy as a customer from Frost NYC will be regretted in the end because of the fake products and the worthless quality of the products made by a fake goldsmith.

I bought a necklace for my wife and the experience was better than I expected, gave me a variations of different necklaces and found the one I loved and Nick help me build my wife’s necklace, not like other jewelers I’ve been to, will be returning as a customer!
