I purchased a mens white diamond tennis bracelet, and it took nearly 2 months to get what I paid for. What was sent to me had yellow diamonds that were far below the F/G-VS quality that was advertised.

After sending the original bracelet back, I was sent a different bracelet that had better diamonds, but was the wrong size, so I had to send that back. Up until this point, I had been operating under the assumption that I had been mistakenly sent a yellow diamond bracelet. I learned around this time the company insisted that it did send me a white diamond bracelet, that all their tennis bracelets are handmade, they claim to only use F/G-VS diamonds, and they believed the probably was with the ratio of F to G colored diamonds. This is all problematic for a number of reasons:

- If you only have F/G-VS diamonds on hand, how is that I would end up with diamonds that would more than likely be rated K-N because of how yellow they were.

- If these are handmade, then it was certainly no accident that I ended up with low quality diamonds. A professional person sat down, purposefully set these stones, decided this was up to the quality standards of the company, and then sent this out to me.

- I don’t appreciate being lied to with some flimsy excuse about a ratio of F to G colored diamonds. G colored diamonds are “near colorless”, and only have a warm hue to them, but would still be imperceptible to the naked eye. Any minor traces of color that exist would only be identifiable by a diamond professional. Even if the bracelet only had G colored diamonds, it still would not explain why the original bracelet was so yellow, so much so that it could be captured in an amateur iPhone picture.

After learning all of this, and having sent back the second bracelet, I requested on several occasions to no longer be sent any further products, and for a full refund, since it was clear I could not trust this company. I was simply quoted the company’s return policy, and my requests were ignored despite the extenuating circumstances.

In summary, if you have done business with this company, I would highly suggest that you have your product tested to ensure that you haven’t been ripped off. Because, honestly, had they sent me a slightly subpar product, it’s doubtful I would have been able to identify it. If you are thinking about making a fine jewelry purchase from this company, I would advise you to reconsider, unless you are an experienced buyer, and are willing to take the risk.

I initially ordered a chain and was extremely disappointed with what I received. I ended up writing a bad review and didn't really hear anything back until a few months later when Gianna from their resolution team reached out. She offered to exchange my chain for a slightly thicker model and said all I had to do was send back the original chain.

honestly I've been very impressed with how Gianna handled everything so professionally and my new chain arrived within 3 weeks of me sending my original one back. (I live in Hong Kong )

I love my bracelet ! It was exactly what I was looking for and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I actually got a better piece for me and saved money as well with their help ! I am definitely going to be back and would recommend Frost to anyone looking for quality jewelry.

I bought an item that I had to return and I talked to this lady name Izzy it seemed a little complicated. And she help me through the process, very kindly and explain to me about the exchange. I paid for the first item that I bought but had to return it and they give me back 100% credit what i pay for it and deducted from the new item that I was buying from them and gave me 15% discount on top of that. The great news she helped me all the way and kept me updated through email which I have several of them but great company so thank you Izzy for you awesome help ..

Their jewelry is as advertised but better in person ordered on more than one occasion and definitely will be order again and again there customer service is very very helpful and everything is just done with ease quick delivery times even with custom pieces

My updated review January the 6th 2023 . I will not be accepting any offers other than a 100% refund . they are not telling the truth what they're not telling you is that in the package there are no rules of refund policies. Nothing. What they're not telling you that you are not allowed to try the item once you try the chain on you cannot get a refund. Now how can you receive something on the Internet that you have not seen before and not have the right to inspect the item . Are you telling me I can order a pair of pants on line and when I see the fabric I don't want it and I can't get a refund. This is the same problem Not only was it too small but the quality is ridiculous . how would a person know weather they like the product or even want it. How will they know if the product fit them. They're not telling you about the items that they show in the advertisement does not look nearly as close as the one that they send you. What they don't tell you the purpose of the tag it acts as a locking device to tell if you tried the item on. These people are not honest and I will continue my fight I will be talking to the channel 7 news agencies to further my fight. How is it that you can have the same problem for numerous years and not address it. I asked the young woman Gianna why can't they put the refund policy in the packaging that they send the product in. Her answer was that's something we'll look into. "After all the complaints you have had about the same thing policy year after year and you say the refund policy instructions are on the website or it's in the email that we send you after you decide you don't want the product. That is nonsense informing me after the fact. Again when I mentioned to Gianna about the packaging and why there is no instructions on the refund policy. And I quote this is what she said, I will talk to the team and we will look into . This is the reason why I believe that this place is nothing but a fraud. How can you buy something and not try it on and when you try it on and send it back that is when you get the bad news that you cannot get a refund you can only get a credit. Well, then put your stringent refund policy in the packaging to inform the customer of the rules of your refund policy . No you won't do it because they'll send it back to you as soon as they receive it . Frost of New York they are nothing but thieves sticking people's up without a gun you should be locked up for the type of so-called business that you are running. All these people's complaining about the same policy can't be wrong, the only person that's wrong here is Frost NYC. Like I said I'm done with it I'm going to let the law make the decision for both of us. Also, in the packaging let's talk about the packaging there's no instructions in the packaging to inform you of this devious plot plan refund policy only purpose to steal your money. These people's should be dealt with with a class action lawsuit and there are laws in place that will protect the consumer. Again I don't want anything from these people. They are not truthful and there's no honest bone in their body. They told me that if you try to product on you bought it otherwise we'll give you a credit. You find out this information only after you return it. They talk about the policy that they have on the website on refund. Well, why is it not in the packaging. The reason is they don't want you to know anything about their refund policy. Again Frost NYC has a refund policy that no one knows about but them. Frost NYC I will not give up on this fight you already was paid your money from affirm and you also have your cheap gold chain that I sent back to you.

My girlfriend bought me a special picture pendant for my bday as my mother and grandmother passed away.

First issue (Shipping)
When my bday came she was a bit disappointed because one of my gifts, the one she was excited about was delayed. She ordered it the last week of September and the order was processed on October 3rd, on the website it states “please allow up to 1 week for production” for custom pieces (I talk about the quality later) and they ship Fed Ex 2 day.

My bday was on the 16th and it didn’t come until the 25th.

Second issue (Not the same piece)
It’s not the same pendant as the photo. The one we received is missing a feature that is in the photo on the website.

Third issue (Quality)
The quality of the piece is terrible, I don’t understand why it took so long to ship it out. It looks like they just cut out the photo, slapped glue on the back and threw it on the piece. You can see the ground glue or whatever they used around the photo and there’s a gap at the bottom of the piece and you can see it there too. The quality in the photos on the website are not the same in person.

They cut out my mom’s chin in the photo, they could’ve clipped some of my grandmas hair, that would’ve made more sense. They didn’t send any confirmation or some kind of final proof of the photo. The photo is really raised also, doesn’t look like that on the photo on the website and the example on the website looks great vs mine.

It’s almost $900 for 5.7 grams of 14kt gold. I know that may be small to them but we are just regular working people expect good quality jewelry and for a personal piece to be delivered professionally. Create a custom piece like you would want the piece to be for yourself!

My girlfriend did a great job on the gift, I love it and don’t want to take it off my chain but not so much on picking the jeweler, but that’s not her fault because the reviews seem legit. I buy jewelry online, mainly from Jacoje and never had any issues with shipping or quality, I would’ve considered Frost because of their warranty and trade in program but I would never buy from them after this.

I am very upset. I had been fooled twice by these people! I hope this review help to other people to avoid being abused and victim of a scam!
The name plate I bought is different than the one they post in the website photos and video. Mine name plate barely have a tiny diamond in each letter when it supposed to have diamonds all over and in top of that the chain is very thin not like the one in the video they have on their website.
They told me they will fix it, I send it back and after few days I wanted to check up on my piece of jewerly and a woman told me “she don’t have any information about receiving it. I have my receipt from ups indicating the package was delivered!!!!!
Please, please people don’t aloud this people to still your money!!!! My next step is taking a legal advise as I have photos of the item, the UPS receipt and the emails they send requesting me to send back my nameplate to fix it. This is complete BS!

I guess I misunderstood what I was purchasing. It was not what I expected

They send me a wrong item..they gave me an address for me to send it back and get correct item..I send the item by FedEx.. I get the item back because not is the to receive it..same thing with USPS.. so now I can't get a refund but I couldn't get the correct item...worst company ever..bad communication..
