Frost NYC Avis 

Horrible customer service and miscommunication, every time I would call I’d be told something completely different I ended up returning an item waited patiently so I can recieve it and ship it directly so I wouldn’t be charged a 15 percent fee and was still charged the fee after being told I wouldn’t be and after I explained that via email they never answered !! terrible stay away from these corporate traps to steal your money period.

Trash Wrong photo Never got my chain ⛔️ Warning ⚠️ The owner is racist and make comments on my skin complexion after I stated I was not that dark as the photo pendant Frost New York jeweler is Trash I only had my chain for a year and the photo fell out of the pendant never put the chain in water this is simply due to faulty craftsmanship then you have to send the pendant back and pay for shipping I’m not paying frost New York no more money don’t order nothing from frost New York the customer service is rude and unethical
The Jeweler has to be trash Faulty craftsmanship I simply will never order nothing from this stupid as place again I’m calling back Monday to speak the a manger I’m pissed 😡 off about my chain cost like $1600.00 and already broke I’m f pissed off
Frost new York manager authorized two unauthorized changes to my pendant that I never agreed I find they breech the warranty and asking for a full refund don’t order nothing the owner is joke he asks like a little girl over $2000.00 in my chain and refused to refund me frost New York is simply trash he can’t be making real money tried to force me to accept a store credit I will not I want a full cash refund of $2000.00 don’t waist your time this company is trash I have all the proof they sent photo of the unauthorized changes yes they that stupid the color contrast is horrible they store is trash the owner is racist so up coming artist don’t use warning ⛔️ frost New York for nothing don’t trust frost new York they trash simply trash type folks feel me trashy

Had a bad experience with FrostNYC. Bought a 10k scorpion pendant from them online. When received the pendant was a lot smaller than advertised. I have had numerous emails and phone calls with FrostNYC to fix this matter to no avail. I will never buy anything from them again. I call this false advertisement on there part.

I’ve purchased 2 pieces of jewelry so far, both pieces arrived in a timely manner, both pieces are beautiful and well crafted as
well as affordable! I can’t wait to present my husband his gifts! Frost NYC has obtained another permanent customer, as I will be purchasing more in the near future!! Thank you Frost NYC!
