They are a company with very bad service, they charged me for two bracelets and they only sent one, they are a scam, it is good to sue you for a scam, lousy service

This fraudulent company pictures great stuff to get you to buy, then sends you worthless crap that isn't as advertised and pictured. Do not buy anything from them. Once you get it and complain about it, they demand you get the gold tested and send them pictures and measurements and, not kidding, a gold purity test to simply return a bracelet that is different from what I ordered. It's a disgusting group of people to even speak with. Pure garbage, costume jewelry and cartoon level ridiculous people. 12 emails 4 weeks and still have not been able to buy a gift that has already gone past the Birthday it was for and of course they are trying to steal my money too. Phony garbage store.

I ordered a necklace, which I then attempted to cancel less than 3 hours later (this was on a Friday evening/Saturday morning). I was contacted later that day saying they could refund %75 of the order. When I agreed to the steep price of that I was told the order was cancelled and that the 75% would be refunded, I then received an e-mail the next day (Monday) saying my order had been sent. The customer service person lazily e-mailed me telling me that they hadn’t stopped the shipment and I would need to mail it back- after paying postage both ways. This place is a joke and a rip-off, and everyone should avoid them. Lazy, sloppy, misleading and the poorest customer service I’ve ever received.

I ordered a gold nameplate necklace. It delivered in about 3 weeks and came nicely packaged. The necklace is absolutely gorgeous, exactly as shown online. I love it so much, was a bit expensive but totally worth it since it’s exactly what I wanted.

I recently bought a pharaoh gold ring and was extremely pleased when I received it. The ring was actually bigger than the pictures showed. Great quality and yes its real gold worth every penny.
