Great product. Delivered on time. Definitely worth the purchase.. i love wearing jewlery but im a blue collar guy. I have kids and a family and cant afford to blow money on jewlery!!! These guys make it affordable to wear different pieces at your price range… great work!!

I would NEVER buy from them again. Especially a bracelet. Feels so cheap and looks nothing like the one posted on the website.

I bought a gold bracelet from here i had to send it back due to it breaking also had to spend $30 for them.to ship it back to me mind u i spent $400 on a 9" 3.5mm and they sent me back an 8" i am beyond pissed because my wrist is and 8.5 upon me calling no one could tell me why this happened and told me there was nothing they could do for me i will not be purchasing anything from here ever again..

I was skeptical at first, but after receiving my Rolex Datejust, I was impressed. The time between purchasing and receiving it was short and it was a real Rolex. I wish Rolex didn’t use random serial numbers, but that isn’t Frost’s issue. The only thing I was a bit underwhelmed by was the dial color in the photo vs what I received. The picture was much lighter, but the dial is still nice.

In the beginning of my relationship with Frost I was told by another jeweler a very respectable jeweler that I won’t mention by name that Frost NYC had sold me fake jewelry needless to say I was very upset so I took my jewelry and had it x-rayed to my relief it was exactly what Frost told me it would be the other jeweler tried to upsell me on one of their products and needless to say I will not be doing any more business with them since then I have done almost $7000 more in business with Frost and I know that I will upgrade in a year or two Frost NYC helped me through something and they were very patient with me when they did it have to be as far as I’m concerned they will get all of my jewelry business and from here on out thanks Frost this is to a long and bling’d out future !!

Wasn’t thick as it looks on your website very thin I didn’t like it but I saved money in trying to ship back

I ordered my husband's wedding ring from this sight. I utilized a payment plan. The whole process was super easy and the ring got to my home very quickly. I gave it to him as an early wedding present and he is in love with it!

I uesd the layaway plan for 12 months. I belive I only needed 2 months and was late with the 2nd months payment according to the contract? And was threatened with action the system shut me out from payment action so I called in and placed a final payment in the 2nd month dident take in consideration all the payments that was paid that's why I give that rating.it just left a bad taste after being A Good customer.
