GUARDIAN OF THE LIVING PERSON NOTHING BUT PAINFUL HEARTACHE.
I LIKE TO BEGIN BY SAYING I APOLOGIZE TO THE GRAMMAR POLICE FOR MY IMPERFECTIONS IN GRAMMAR BUT I PROMISE YOU WON'T MISS THE POINT 👉I witnessed a GOOD HEARTED JUDGE (WHO SHALL BE LEFT NAMELESS) looking to do the right thing for the guardian of the person when it came to a family member of mine. That being said, the judge decided to go with this company FAMILY SERVICES of NORTHEASTERN Pennsylvania. What happened after the judge picked this particular outfit was a Long LIST of DERELICTION of DUTY when it comes to someone keeping an account or managing a checkbook for some elderly human being in a nursing home that trust and believe that their home is going to be safe taxes being paid and bills being paid on time including the credit cards. BECAUSE, the woman that I'm talking about was my mother-in-law who for 30 years took care of everyone of her bills and if she couldn't take care of it she would assign one of us to make sure that it got done. My wife my father-in-law or myself....Come hell or high water the bills had to get paid❗ AND no one fell behind far as I knew until it came into the hands of a woman named Nancy Hudak, at this particular location. In wilkesboro Pennsylvania. She could not be reached the secretary's number was on the first floor where she couldn't get a message to the lady on the second floor according to the secretary & numerous emails countless complaints and grievances. I even contacted the owner of this company and what did he do? Hey forward the email to Nancy Hudak 🤨👉The woman who's the most INCOMPETENT individual in the world At this particular location in wilkesboro Pennsylvania. I wouldn't even trust her to handle a stamp that's self-adhesive for an envelope to get mailed at the local post office. That being said, what can be changed here? Stop hiring incompetent people. It makes your company look bad. It makes you look ignorant, stupid, incompetent and untrustworthy. How can we make this better? I honestly don't know because if it's an internal problem it's NOT going to change, ignorance like THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT by chance. It's rooted into core of the business. It doesn't speak much about the owner for that matter. NANCY HUDAK was supposed to meet with my mother-in-law once a month. She couldn't even do that.
In the less than one year that she was assigned to be the guardian of the person. She managed to default TAXES on a property that has been owned by the Hilbert and Lazarus since 1950s in orfield Pennsylvania in the Lehigh Valley. NOT to mention that the house that now we have to negotiate to take care of any outstanding bills was supposed to go into an SPECIAL NEEDS TRUST AND SHE NEVER BOTHERED TO DO THAT AS WELL, For my brother-in-law GARY JR who Was injured as a child in front of his home on orefield road when he was 11 years old A and lived in that house until my mother-in-law was placed in a nursing home and her body and her person were separated one being TRUSTED with the FAMILY My Angel of a wife Christiana and one being trusted with an outside entity under Nancy Hudak for guardian of the estate.This entity which is supposed to take care of the BEST INTEREST OF SHARON H.'s Estate and the bills In good faith.... NOT PLUNGE MY FAMILY INTO DEBT, NOT SECURE THE MOST VALUABLE ASSET THAT MY BROTHER-IN-LAW NEEDED TO SURVIVEA AND SELF-SUSTAIN.BECAUSE, HE CAN'T WALK AND TALK SINCE HIS ACCIDENT. YOU THINK THAT NANCY AND THE STAFF AND THE OWNER AT THIS PLACE FAMILY SERVICES OF NORTH EASTERN OF PENNSYLVANIA WOULD DO THE RIGHT THING
🤔💭....NOPE NOT WHATSOEVER. WHAT THEY DID WAS CRIMINAL AND NEGLIGENCE. BUT THIS IS WHAT THESE PEOPLE DO AND I WONDER HOW MANY ELDERLY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN ROBBED OF THEIR HOME BELIEVING, THAT IT WAS GOING TO BE IN GOOD HANDS WHEN IN FACT IT WENT TO A DEN OF SNAKES AND LAZY NO GOOD WANNABE ACCOUNTANTS. IT MAKES ME SICK TO MY STOMACH. AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AND IF THE JUDGE ANY JUDGE FOR THAT MATTER MENTIONS THIS COMPANY FAMILY SERVICES OF NORTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA GRAB YOUR STUFF AND EXIT THE COURTROOM IMMEDIATELY RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND AS FAR, AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THESE PEOPLE. SHAME ON YOU FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF MY FAMILY AND MY HOPES ARE THAT YOU NEVER TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ANOTHER FAMILY EVER AGAIN THE WAY YOU DID TO OURS. This is not something to denigrate you or desecrate your business THIS IS TO BRING YOUR AWARENESS UP . PEOPLE BELIEVE IN JUDGES MAKING THE RIGHT DECISIONS BUT BOY WAS I PROVEN WRONG.
