Off Ya Tree Avis 479

I have had 6 piercings done at Off Ya Tree Brisbane, 3 genital piercings (VCH 10/25, labret 25/4/26 and inner labia rings (17/5/26) and a labret by the wonderful Enoch, i can't recommend him enough, absolutely pleasure to be pierced by and very good at it, clean piercings healed perfect, perfect placement, And daiths in both ears by Abby (30/12/25), again wonderful experience and placed perfectly for my anatomy, Hubby had eyebrow done by Layla (i think) and was perfect too, healed like a dream.

Terrible customer service, hostile environment, and above all terrible piercings. Was given faulty jewellery, piercings were placed terribly, and no advice was given regarding anatomy so they half-assed a piercing that ended up migrating.

I went with my daughter today to get piercings done at the Morayfield store and I will say wow, from the moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly and very helpful staff, the shop was clean, tidy and well organised, the piercing room was clean, and when it came time to have the piercings done everything was explained clearly and professionally. I have been to many different stores for piercings for myself and my daughter's and I will say this was the best experience I have had. Thank you both for giving my daughter a great experience and making her feel comfortable. We will definitely be back and I recommend this store to anyone.

Andy was my piercer, i have had over 30 piercings in my life an he was the best piercer i have ever had HE WAS AMAZING!!! He did my verticle labret an man he nailed it!! I was so happy he was so happy he took a picture it was that good :) Morayfield store is amazing amanda 2 weeks ago done my nose on both sides!! No infections Just love the guys at this store so friendly so good!! I wannna work for you :)

As usual, the customer service was great and the staff are always very kind and comforting while you get pierced, however I have gotten many wonky piercings from off ya tree. My most recent experience was getting my lip pierced at off ya tree in Northland shopping centre, the reason I went to off ya tree in the first place was because I got a gift card. The woman who pierced my lip was the same woman who pierced my tongue a few months ago and after going to a different piercer for advice, they told me that my tongue piercing had been pierced at an angle whereby the piercing ball leaves an imprint on my tongue as it lays back when my mouth is closed. While I don’t really mind it, maybe it was done to avoid a vain, it still healed fine. So when I went to get my lip pierced I was already worried she would do it wonky. She pierced my lip and I left happily until I looked closer and realised it was on an angle which I found very noticeable. The back of the bar was about a centimetre from the centre where the front of the piercing was. I went back inside and she suggested I wait until swelling goes down for the piercing to go more to the centre but I’ve been told that before so I knew I would rather just get it repierced right there. The second time was much more straight, however it is still slightly wonky and when the bar sticks out, I think it’s quite obvious. While I was slightly annoyed I knew that accidents happen and that piercers aren’t going to be right every time, but when it’s jewellery that is staying in my body, I do want it to be perfect. I won’t be going back for any more piercings, and I recommend that you don’t go to off ya, even for ear piercings as I have experienced many problems with those as well as VERY wonky lobe piercings on my boyfriend.

Got pierced at Brownsplains off ya tree back in December not even 4 hrs of my snake bites being pierced the balls fell off went back in to have them put back on and was told to flip the bars around ( freshly pierced) and come back in the morning, I paid $85 only to have to remove them 4 hrs later

Not the greatest experience , staff that night were quiet rude

Matt pierced my daughter and I today. He did a rook on my daughter and a second conch for me.
My daughter said it was the most painless piercing she'd had and my conch was perfect. Perfect positioning and Matt even decided the bar he was about to put in would be too short so he last minute changed to a bigger one.
He was highly professional but made us both feel really comfortable.
We'll be back!!@@

overall great experience! came down the stairs with high hopes and left even happier, not long of an experience but enough to have a good laugh and chat with one of the piercers Enoch. they were super kind and very gentle with their hands when they pierced my nose. definitely heading back there again!

I took my daughter there for a body piercing procedure. The staff were helpful, professional, knowledgeable and respectful. The studio was very clean and calming. They gave us plenty of aftercare advice and the piercing looks good and has healed well.

Ordered a nose stud online as I had to change from a ring to stud for work purposes. I put my billing address and my postal address different as I've got two addresses. Guess what? They sent it to the Billing address. The parcel I was supposed to receive in a few days that I ordered on 18th of July, I still haven't received on 28th July because it was sent to North of Melbourne instead of South east; even though the shipping information (on AusPost) clearly states it started from South East.

my nose piercing fell out this morning after only a month so i went in as soon as possible so they could fix it before it closed, was sent away and told to come back on friday but by friday it will be closed and they told me i would have to pay FULL PRICE for it to be pierced AGAIN even though i came in straight away for it to be fixed!!! extremely frustrated and annoyed go somewhere else to get pierced no other business would do this

I can honestly say I received the best support I have ever had in reaching out to "Off Ya Tree" - not only did Steph go above and beyond to find a discontinued item and create a special order so I did not miss out - it was an absolute pleasure to find such dedicated, passionate and inclusive representatives and companies still exist.

It would be beyond the scope of this review to truly explain why this small matter meant so much to me - but not to say that it mattered to THEM, therefore.

Quick update to note how quickly the item arrived really impressed me, and was exactly the fit and style I wanted!
