The service I received was AMAZING!
The service I received was AMAZING!! They didn't have my size dress in store and I needed it for a function that night. I re-ordered the correct size online, the store allowed me to return the incorrect size and offered me either store credit or a refund. I was so happy I took to store credit and purchased another dress!!

Online order during Covid
Online order during Covid, Melbourne Lockdown was a problem, however the team were intially on to it, then like all things during Covid, my order was forgotten. Waiting on follow up now, so may change the rating.
Store service is excellent, I use the Coolangatta store. Great range of Retro for all ages.

Great items, terrible advertisement rotation.
I love all their stock. I just wish they would remove the advertisements for stock that is not available. I ordered an item twice thinking, oh yay it’s back in stock. No they just never removed the advert.
