A very happy customer. Already being a customer of Fresh…
Already being a customer of Fresh Start Waste, I needed an emergency swop of a 12 yard skip, they usually require a couple of days notice but realised my urgency so promptly said they could help the very next morning. The skip arrived as promised. Service was great and very efficient.

Outstanding Manager Nicola
I have been with Fresh Start for years and things ran smoothly but then issue started taking place. However as soon as I spoke to my Account Manager Nicola, she began to sort everything out. Her focus her commitment and her pledge to put things right is truly remarkable. One of the Main Reasons I am still with Fresh Start is because of her. I don’t know how good Fresh Start are but I do know that it’s people like Nicola who give the company outstanding achievements.

visit/audit to Swinton depot plus account in general
Arranged a visit/audit to Swinton depot in March, staff including Nicola Smith and H&S manager Phil Bradshaw very helpful and informative.
The site was well planned out and workforce moved around site with good knowledge of traffic movement.
Nicola Smith our account manager is very helpful whenever we have enquiries with a quick response.

No collection in the last 5 weeks
For five months i have a a total of 4 collections. This is meant to be a fortnightly service.The excuse started off as they couldnt gain access to the bin due to there being a padlock with code on it. This is the lock they provided and the code they provided too.
Now the excuse is "no access" when the driver takes a photo whilst driving past and not even stopping. Its as if they find any excuse not to do the job they get paid to do.Getting responses from people takes forever if at all and it seems nothing gets resolved. Avoid this one.

Recent moved from old shop to new premises and I needed a skip quite quickly. Rang the office was quoted and skip delivered really quickly. Top prices and service. Would highly recommend Fresh Start every time!

I am currently with B&M waste and i have had nothing but issues with them. I contacted Fresh start and i have been dealing with a lady called Claire, her customer service is off the scale. nothing is ever too much and gets back to me straight away, she has helped me terminate my contracts with b&m waste and took all the stress away from me. i couldn't recommended them enough. i am so happy with will be taking over my new account. THANK YOU !!!!

Awful company with a ridiculous contract which is hard to leave.
This place has an agreement which is both onerous and tedious to get out of. Their manager Jason has been nothing but arrogant and completely unprofessional. I omplore anyone thinking of signing up to this company to read their T @s C's very carefully. They make it ridiculously hard to leave and although we have met their requirements they're still saying that we can't leave. They have been trying to keep us in a contract now for more than two years. Without explanation or warning they tried to increase our contract length from 52 weeks to 104.
