My experience with Jodie at Full Circle was outstanding from start to finish, however I will probably never finish as I have left my late mum's ashes at your Bramley branch for safe keeping, in Jodie's mire than capable care.

I have now used Full Circle for both my mum's and Dads funeral. They are so friendly and always go over and beyond. They gave my dad a great send off. I would highly recommend them.

We had no idea what we were doing when we were looking for a Funeral Director but from the first moment, Jeremy & Sara were amazing. They spoke to us like they don't explain this to people all day every day, we really felt their focus and care, and they explained the whole process very simply. This was why we chose to go with them and we were not disappointed.

I cannot list all the ways they went oout of their way to make sure everything was perfect, from picking up our father from hospital on Maundy Thursday, to the way they spoke about him, and the care they took.

They facilitated bringing him home to use the night before the funeral, and while we were all worried, the moment we saw him, we felt relief at how much care they had taken of him and over every aspect.

They treated every moment with reverence and respect, and had wondeful suggestions and insights when we had no idea what we were doing.

We asked a hundred stupid questions and we never felt like we were too much, they were patient and kind, and had everything in hand. I've never worked with a group of people that I've been able to trust as much as Circle, and at this time of life, that is so important.

There's a lot I don't remember about this period, but what I do remember is that I never had to worry about one part of what they were organising. Thank you to Jez & Sara, and their whole team.

I have sent a review some time ago, but would confirm that everything was excellent from initial contact with Ruth at Guiseley to the final farewell. I cannot think of any improvements to what Full Circle could possibly offer

Ruth Owen at Full Circle, Guiseley, helped us to provide the perfect funeral for a family friend. People who attended said it was the best funeral they had ever attended. My experience was absolutely amazing Ruth, Jade in fact all the staff at Full circle at Guiseley were so kind caring and empathic, nothing was too much trouble for them, I was so so sad, so lost when my husband passed away in December Ruth actually took time to help myself and my daughter plan a wonderful goodbye to my dear husband I will be eternally so grateful to this wonderful team of wonderful people, thank you

From the very first call following my e-mail for more information to the funeral service and burial, full circle were amazing. The attention to detail, the passion they put into everything they do is quite unique.

They offer a wraparound service and have events and open days throughout the year, they help within the community giving back when they do not have to.

Jodie was our funeral director and from the very first meeting to the service she was so caring, but with a human touch, faultless to the end.
