Full Circle made a tricky time all the more bearable, due to their bespoke, sensitive, transparent practices. From the first conversation I knew we could trust them to look after our mum Sue, and they offered lots of helpful additional support, and really thought outside the box in terms of the funeral we wanted. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We were in Liverpool, so not at all local to them, but we knew we wanted a modern, ethical, trustworthy funeral directors, and they went above & beyond.

Everything was explained from the start. They collected my husband and looked after him respectfully. All prices were made clear and if anything changed we were informed straight away. Top class service.

Made what is a very tough time as easy as possible. From the 1st phone conversation until after mums funeral all the team could not have been nicer or kinder.

David and the team were so thorough, covering every tiny detail with us and reporting back fully and at every stage. We really cannot recommend them highly enough. Where do I start……….we first met Ruth when I popped in with my very, very poorly Mum. We walked into the beautiful Guiseley building, where we had walked through the very same door 15 years earlier to buy my wedding dress together. Through desperate tears, Mums first words were “this really is Full Circle”.

Ruth immediately greeted us with her profound sensitivity, remarkable compassion and utter professionalism. She made what was the most difficult and brave spur of the moment appointment of our lives, so easy, relaxed and remarkably special. I truly believe that we were suppose to meet with Ruth that day.

There are a thousand words I could write about Ruth and our experience as a family, and indeed how she guided me, single handedly through the most difficult time of my life, encompassing various family complexities and issues, in life as well as death. But put simply, if there was ever any one person to guide you through the most difficult, unpredictable and frightening storm of your life, the only person I would choose to carry out such a difficult task, would be Ruth. She is a truly remarkable professional and an incredible human being.

Thank you for looking after Mum, the way she very specifically wanted you to. In life and in death. You have made the biggest imprint on my heart.

Jeremy and Sara were perfect from our first meeting to the bereavement support they advised on after our mother's funeral. Sensitive and respectful throughout, we really appreciated the suggestions they made regarding arrangements and they were attentive to all our requests. They were very responsive on any query we had. Full Circle Altrincham's support felt more holistic than I have previously experienced, with a modern approach. This is reflected in the atmosphere of their location in Altrincham where the decor is modern, calming and welcoming.

A difficult and emotional time for the family
It helped to have the same person looking after all the various stages of the funeral in a caring and professional manner.Not an easy task but all the Full Circle staff deserves the five star rating. At no time we’re we rushed into making the necessary arrangements needed;giving us time to compose ourselves at a very sad time.So pleased we choose Full Circle.
