Such a thoughtful, personal and caring service from the very first contact. My father passed away at home - and from the moment I called Full Circle to ask if they would care for him it was like a weight had been lifted from us. They were respectful, kind and genuinely lovely people. The funeral parlour itself was also such a lovely setting, it felt calming and warm. It felt right to be leaving my Dad in their care.
Planning a funeral is hard - but Full Circle started by finding out lots about our Dad, we talked and laughed about him and as such they suggested things we might want to do and that was so helpful. They weren't pushy and tried to save costs for us wherever they could. The funeral really was a wonderful event.
This is the second funeral I have planned and the two experiences couldn't have been more different. The pervious experience had felt cold and formulaic. Full Circle just seemed to genuinely care and to feel proud to be supporting our family through such a difficult time.

Everybody at full circle was welcoming, kind and helpful from day one. They made the process so easy and every request I had was met. They guided me through the process and helped me to create a funeral that met our needs and wants. When my father was in their care, they stayed open late to enable me to visit after work which I really appreciated. Further, overall process was not too costly. From the first contact they were so helpful and understanding. We were not rushed into any decisions, and gently guided at a time that was so bewildering. We had a celebration of life that so reflected the person that we have suddenly lost, leaving us feeling that we had done the very best we could for him. Sarah, David and Helen were all absolutely lovely. Sarah arranged to look after my daughter’s coffin for 2 years when she decided she was staying with us for considerably longer than expected! When her time came, everyone was so supportive. We wanted to look after our daughter in her home at first and Sarah guided me so sensitively with what to expect and how to manage this. They helped us with moving her and looked after her until the funeral which we had at our family home. We were able to do everything pretty much exactly as we wanted.
Even things like, 2 years earlier when covid restrictions were in place, we’d discussed ways that we could plan for a celebration that allowed us to still do something bespoke and appropriate but within the restrictions.
Although it was a bit further to travel than our most local funeral directors, I’m so glad we picked full circle as everything felt very reassuring, straight forward and not in the least restrictive. We were also able to arrange a much less formal occasion and include many people in helping at every stage for which I am immensely grateful. It may sound odd, but we’d always known my daughters life would be shortened and I now actually have some really happy memories of her special day, alongside the obvious sadness. Thank you to everyone. I would highly recommend Full Circle.

I feel I couldn't have faced my dad's death without the support of Full Circle. What was the most horrific of times was lightened by the kindness and empathy that come so naturally to the team there - I couldn't have asked for better people to walk alongside us. Mum and I are so thankful that we were supported in the right way, in every way, and we hope that more families find the solace that we have. We were afforded the time and the space to make the decisions that were really meaningful for us and the day that was created for Dad epitomised all of his days and the memories that we created at his funeral will bring me strength for the rest of mine.
