Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We want to be very clear: the platform never holds, touches, or manages funds on behalf of campaigns.
All contributions made through campaigns go directly to the campaign organizer’s connected PayPal and/or Stripe account. At no point do we request bank transfers, provide banking details, or ask anyone to send funds directly to an individual or bank account outside of our secure checkout.
If someone claiming to represent our team shared bank account details or requested payment outside the platform, that is not authentic and is not associated with us. We strongly recommend not sending any funds and reporting this activity immediately.
Please contact our support team directly so we can investigate further and help ensure everyone’s safety. We take situations like this very seriously and appreciate you flagging it.
Zero response to e-mails
I made a campaign but after 1 month and multiple e-mails, I have received 0 response from them. It's like they don't even exist. Because it is useless, I tried deleting my account, but even that is not possible without e-mailing. Really bad service. I moved to another platform and have zero problems now.

In that message, we explained that due to recent government regulatory changes, we’re currently unable to operate campaigns in your region. Unfortunately, any campaigns affected by these restrictions are immediately blocked from processing payments. We understand this may be disappointing and are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

Yearly fundraiser for our non-profit, neighborhood swim team
Using Fundrazr for our yearly team fundraiser is easy! The ability to duplicate the page and then make the needed updates for the current year, saves so much time. The automatically generated link and QR code, makes sharing the site easy. The only thing I would request is that when the site is set up to ask a question of those donating, that this information automatically populates on the transactions report. It takes way too much time to click on each donation to gather this important information.

Assistance with platform is AMAZING!! I wasn't sure how exactly to set up my campaign because I had more than one person fundraising but under the same umbrella. I had never used Fundrazr and reached out and within minutes I had a zoom meeting set up and all of my questions answered. GREAT customer service!!

The Best Crowdfunding Platform
I love fundrazr because it is easy to use and setup. I like it because it is a relatively unrestrictive but secure method to fundraise for your community. It is also relatively cost effective with an affordable rate. One of the features I really appreciate about the website is that it allows the organizer to notify his supporters about the current funraiser, and that generally there is a lot of flexibility in the website. The fact that many have donated has proved its effectiveness and a medium of contribution. I also love it because it's Canadian 🍁 The only concern I have with it is that I never recieved a notification when a donation was made, perhaps my notifications are off, though I should expect this setting to be left "ON" by default. Regardless, Fundrazr is a wonderful platform for fundraisers.

Trying to raise money for a friend with…
Trying to raise money for a friend with urgent medical needs. Set everything up..site is sitting there, saying must be approved, contact support. So I contact support and...nothing...says to me the company has fallen over. Worrying to see others reporting same here. Obviously not a safe place to collect funds.

Unfortunately, due to recent regulatory changes, we’re currently unable to support fundraising campaigns in your region. As a result, any campaigns created from affected areas are automatically paused and prevented from processing payments. We recognize this wasn’t made clear enough in your setup process, and we truly regret the confusion and delay it caused.
Our support team works hard to respond as quickly as possible, but I’m sorry we didn’t meet your expectations in this case. We’re actively working to improve how these restrictions are communicated so others don’t run into the same issue.

I have used the FundRazr platform for my year-end campaigns the past five years. Each year the experience has been a bit easier and productive. Using the platform has enabled me to meet and even exceed my fundraising goals. When I have had problems to troubleshoot the FundRazr team has been helpful at resolving these.
