I absolutely love the bed and dresser. It’s very good quality and arrived in good shape. I would definitely recommend.

What’s a little nervous about my order, never hear of this website and found some negative reviews but tried them anyway. Received my order with no issues. Shipping company almost had a delay but we able to honor the agreed upon date.

Now, while disputing the fact after ordering on May 11, I still do not have the product, Furniturecart wrote to my credit card company, and I quote "customer played the game of ignoring our attempts to deliver " Why would I order a product then duck delivery? And they are trying to state shipping cost $408 !!! I understand now why people go into company headquarters with bad intentions. If you want to get ripped off and deal with an unscrupulous company, order from these thieves !! Great reply EXCEPT I NEVER RECIEVED A REFUND

I had to call Customer Service and it was by far the best conversation I have had with anyone in a long while. It was easy to get things worked out over the phone. The furniture I received was well packed an delivered in great shape. The price was awesome. We love our furniture and would definitely order from Furniture Cart again…. And it came within 6 weeks as promised!!! Thank you.

Excellent delivery and customer service, although the delivery took extremely long I was very satisfied and it was worth the wait. The quality is impeccable.

I ordered my basement bar and was expecting a 2 month delivery lag . I actually got a call from Furniture saying my Bar had shown up early and would be delivered the following week so only had to wait a month. The customer service and communication was great from Furniture Cart. Also delivery was smooth and the bar was in perfect shape.Very happy with Furniture Cart and my purchase.I would buy from them again!

My order arrived damaged but when I contacted them, they were fast to respond and they offered a satisfactory solution. The product was of excellent quality and customer support top-notch. Would buy from FurnitureCart again. UPS on the other hand needs to take more care with their deliveries.

Missin a few screws an brackets. Trip to the store. But product is well built

I ordered and received bedroom set from Furniture Cart, the furniture by Global furniture is a beautiful bedroom set, excellent quality, sturdy, durable and right fit for my venue. The customer service was exceptional in all aspects. I was very pleased with the speed of delivery and quality of installation. Excellent service from beginning to end, and highest quality of products! Definitely will buy again from Furniture Cart!

So far I am not impressed! Ordered in March with 4-8 weeks delivery time...week 8 get notification that "manufacturer" has delayed and will be another 8 weeks!! Searched for months to find furniture we wanted, or I would ask for refund. So grab a snickers because you are going any where for awhile if you order from here.

I received my furniture yesterday great service the whole process was easy they deliver and set up with no problem I will definitely use them again

The entertainment unit is beautiful. I will say that the color is more of a cream color then I was expecting, but still love it. There is really no assembly to be done. The pieces are all assembled other than the back and top of the console. I paid extra for assembly and was glad I did. We are 70 and the pieces would have been too heavy for us to maneuver. They did a great job. It is 100 inches which is shorter then stated.

Not impressed with the delivery process at all. It's an insult to spend almost $5K on furniture and have it left on the side of the road in front of your house. I won't be ordering from this company again.

We are very happy with our bookcases. Due to the pandemic, delivery took a little longer than expected but it was worth the extra week. The bookcase look beautiful on our wall and we have received many compliments on them.

I love my bed. It is great quality and beautiful. The only downside is the service. Furniture cart doesn't do a great job at giving you a time line as to when the product will be shipped and delivered. I was only given an email with the delivery time after calling numerous times over a period of a month and a half. The delivery and assembly went well.

I ordered my couch July 17,2020 and still do not have it, I have called many times and requested updates and the date keeps changing.. It is now January 6, 2021 and still no couch! Very disappointed with this transaction!
