I'd love to give 5 stars but my couch was delivered a week later than what was scheduled. We sat on lounge chairs for a week in the living room. But once delivered I have been very pleased. I love my couch and it was totally worth the wait. Also jeff was excellent with customer service. I would purchase again from this company

I love my sectional!! The whole process was good. Definitely will purchase again.

Placed an order 6 weeks ago with an estimated timeline of 2-4 weeks for delivery. Items have been "in transit" for over a month with no contact to schedule the delivery. I've called twice to follow up on delivery and was given a date 7 weeks after the order on a date that I could not do. Was not given an alternative date and the delivery company will not coordinate with me. I work and live by myself. Disappointed by the delivery service and would not recommend ordering from this company.

Initial purchase was like pulling teeth since the credit card had a different billing address than where I live. Multiple holds on my card. Delivery took forever. Bad customer service. My card was never declined. I had to keep calling my bank to notify them of the upcoming charge to increase the limit on my card because you all refused to accept the funds multiple times, during multiple phone calls to complete the purchase, and waiting for staff to finish their lunch before assisting me further. Please don’t imply that I had insufficient funds because your financial department wouldn’t accept the almost $4,000 transaction each time I called just to simply complete my purchase. But I will never be buying from you all again and warning others not to as well so no need for condescending response.

I went to all the local furniture shops in my area and could not find the Flexsteel reclining loveseat that I wanted. I was able to find three reputable online shops that offer it - FurnitureCart's pricing was the best even after including the shipping cost. Of the three, FurnitureCart was actually the one company that I didn't know anything about.

FurnitureCart reached out via email to schedule the delivery while I was traveling out of town. I simply had to tell them to delay the ship-out to ensure that it wouldn't arrive until I finished my trip. This was all very well arranged, and the item arrived in perfect condition - excellent protective cardboard packing on top of a very nice elongated pallet.

Furniture Cart is awesome! Our experience was exactly what all online retailers should strive for. Helpful staff, service, and execution!

These guys are great! Would definitely buy again. We've never bought furniture online before and were a little leery of the great price. Decided to take a chance and order a sofa and matching recliner. It was a great experience. Customer service was excellent with good communication. Delivery was on time and furniture was in perfect condition. I simply can't say enough about this company.

This is one of the most effective and easiest online transactions I've ever done. Quick and easy process, furniture is amazing and all around just a pleasure to deal with them.

I did have one small hiccups because my address was wrong, but customer support sorted me out and my items arrived safely and timely. 10/10 would recommend.

Overall experience was fantastic. Only thing keeping from 5 stars was a bit of lack of communication on when it would show up. I had to call to get the 1st date. Otherwise everything else was great. The delivery guys were actually early!

They emailed updates and the furniture was in perfect condition. I would order again.

The couch and chair were packaged well to prevent any damage to the Flex Steel recliners. Would say your service and communication were as hoped.

I am very pleased with my table & chairs. The 4 chairs are very comfortable & are very padded seats are very nice. There is a slight flaw on the side of the table & that is the reason for not giving it a 5 star rating. The set is a very nice size for my small kitchen.

If I could give negative 100 stars I would. Order placed on January 4th; here we are nearly July and it still hasn’t been fulfilled.

The company claims that they “receive and inspect” all furniture before sending it to the customer.

Why did I receive a broken nightstand then?

After telling them it was broken beyond repair, they belittled me and told me “you’re just not smart enough to fix it”! They hired a “furniture expert” to come repair it. Yes, someone, AN EXPERT, came to my house and could not fix it!

They drag their feet on customer service, but will charge your card the second they get you information.

I still haven’t received my replacement furniture. I can’t get an ETA on the replacement!

This company makes you jump through hoops and tried a to exhaust you in order to get you to just give up! AWFUL!!!!
