This is the third bedroom set I have bought from FurnitureCart. They have done a great job delivering beautiful furniture that is exactly what I expected and I have been extremely happy!!

The bed arrived in great shape and was exactly what I was looking for! The stain color matched my other furniture perfectly? Attractive bed frame!

Did have issues with the screws securing the slats were difficult to use. I did have to find better quality screws to use.

We purchased heavier pieces and when I called to see if they would deliver and assemble, they worked with me to ensure that could happen. I may have paid a charge, but it was well worth it. The professionalism was top notch

The good: The product was delivered in very good condition. It was well packaged, and the packaging was in excellent condition. The bad: It took a very long time to receive the product, and it required a lot of assembly time. Now that it is assembled, I am very pleased. It is a very nice product.

Product delivered to my door, easy to assemble

I bought a Kitchen table (WHole set was @2700) and water spilled on the table 18 months later and the entire thing warped. It was made of cheap pressboard, not efven the better pressboard. The table is RUINED and can not be saved. The company told me its a 1 year warranty and too bad. I have had it looked at by outside companies and all said it was not sealed AT ALL!

Took over a month for my order to shipped, but was totally worth it. Love my new dining table.

The delivery was good. Furniture was well packed. The unit is beautiful and well made.
The only thing that bothers me is that after I ordered the merchandise for almost $3,000, I saw that I missed something. On the page, I saw that it says "make an offer". If I had realized that, I would have made an offer and maybe saved a little money. But, it was too late at that point.

I made the mistake of purchasing a LeGrande Modular Power Reclining Sectional Set in 2021, and it has been a complete nightmare. Within just three months of purchase, the armrest came off, and it took them a whopping three months to get it repaired. But my troubles didn't end there. Just six months later, the adjustable bottom came off as well. The cheap quality of this set is appalling. The adjustable bottom is located under one of the cushions, and every time you sit on it, it squeezes the bottom until it eventually comes off. When I reported the issue, they told me it was not a manufacturer's defect and refused to acknowledge the poor quality of the set. To make matters worse, the adjustable bottom was not even covered under warranty!

But that's not all. After eleven months, while sitting regularly, I heard a bone break from the inside. I immediately reported it, but it took them three months to send out an inspector. I was shocked to find out that the wood they used was as thin as two fingers. It's no surprise that the set is falling apart! Even after waiting for six months without any callbacks, I had to reach out to them about twenty times via phone and email, only to be told that the issue was not covered under warranty.

This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I will never use this website again. It's clear that they have no concern for the quality of the products they sell or the satisfaction of their customers. The poor warranty service and complete disregard for my concerns have left me feeling frustrated and cheated. Stay away from this horrible reclining sectional set at all costs.

I ordered furniture online for the first time and I am glad did. It was exactly as I picture it.

When another company charged my credit card but wouldn't be able to deliver for months yet did not notify me and I had to contact them for a refund I began looking for another company and fortunately found FurnitureCart. They had the piece I wanted and did not charge my card until it was shipped.

When the furniture arrived I was so amazed at how well it was packaged. There was absolutely no way it would have ever been damaged due to the expert handling of getting it ready to ship.

Not sure how much input you have with the shipping line but the company and employee who made my delivery was top notch as well.

An overall five star experience!

Actually, everything was great and I would have given 5 stars, except for the delivery process. It was sent as a curbside “freight only” delivery. Which meant the over 500lb pallet had to be dropped curbside and could not be brought into my townhome. This was very frustrating after the wrong type of delivery truck (18 wheeler) was sent to make the delivery initially. Then on the 3rd day of delivery attempts, I find out they can’t bring it inside. This was not a good experience at all. Other than that, I love my furniture and the ordering process was great.

The OEM left out some hardware. The freight arrived with aesthetic issues. Gary from FurnitureCart worked with the OEM and the freight company to make sure all loose ends were tied up. In the end, my wife and I love the quality and craftsmanship of the Hekman set. It was a beautiful way to celebrate our 17th anniversary.

Ordered my kitchenette corner set 8 months ago, got it in right away but been sitting waiting for our remodel.today was the day we set it up, so easy to set up my husband and I did it in less than a hour, and we are still married lol , quality is great, craftsmanship is great. Fits perfectly I would highly recommend this set to everyone

Great variety in furniture. Great experience with the purchase process as well as the delivery. All in all a wonderful experience. Not to mention, we're very happy with our purchases. We'll be back!

Love my new desk! Delivery was a breeze. Driver unloaded it and wheeled it into my garage. Was already fully assembled. All I had to do was remove packaging and get help moving into my home office. Beautiful and very well constructed.

Thank you for your great customer service. The guy on the phone was helpful and nice. Delivery was made on time. We really like our new furniture. I assembled the bed with my 7-year-old son. He was so happy with the process. I can definitely recommend this company to do shopping with.
