My order went through very well. The material was delivered like tracking said it would be. The product works fine.

the product does not even turn on I charged it- Nothing Also cannot fit tips to unit Waste of money

Correct product delivered. I appreciate the extra e mails on shipping status. I would however like more information on the extra heads to the nail filer. There is no instructions or information inside the box. I am unsure how to use them.

Item looked fine but my cat hasn't touched it. I am returning it.

I was relatively pleased with the product not so much with the packaging. It was a little difficult to get out, but generally product was pretty good.

When Julia stepped in to help resolve a conflict with my package from Meta, She stepped in promptly , with courtesy and .. an easy resolution.

That is what I call GOOD Customer Service.. I’ll be back!

Never got it. No refund no customer service.

I made a mistake when I placed my order. I contacted the company as soon as I saw my mistake and they responded IMMEDIATELY - the issue was promptly resolved. Their customer service is very friendly and courteous.

The wood is so lightweight that it doesn’t stay on its feet and as soon as the cats try to use the ball it tips over very disappointed

I placed an order on June 24. I received an email confirming my order, with a link to follow the tracking of the order. I checked the tracking on or around July 4, and confirmed that the item was in transit. It's now Aug. 30 and I haven't received the package. The tracking page hasn't updated, it still states it's in transit.
I ordered these water wands for the grandkids to play with over the summer. They are back in school now, and summer is effectively over.
Very disappointed, disillusioned, and appalled at Futumall.
DO NOT take the risk.

I placed an order and changed my mind shortly afterword so, though no fault of Futumail, I decided to cancel order, I was surprised at how easily it was to do so. After my cancel request I received a quick reply from Durian and he immediately cancelled order and credited my credit card. Thanks Durian. Sometimes it's things like this that impress me more than actual purchases now days.

Great products, customer service and shipping!!

The purchasing process was fine, but I was not happy at all with the product. First, it did not have a money clip and one of the pictures on your ad showed a money clip. Second, my credit cards will not fit into most of the slots ( not the one that pushes them up automatically) and if I could shove them in, they would be very difficult to remove. I have sent an email asking for instructions on how to return the wallet and get a refund but have not received any communication back.

FALSE ADVERTISING!! I was appalled at the AI ad on Youtube. People, do not fall for this. The video and narration is 100% AI. You CANNOT get rid of nail fungus by a device like this. The clean toenail images are purely FICTION. Save your $12.99.

I ordered a sunhat on or shortly before 7-25-26, using my bank debit card. I received an email on 7-25-26 saying the order had been shipped and giving me tracking information. The money was taken from my account on 7-27-26. On 8-8-26, I received an email saying that the item had been delivered in/at my mailbox on 8-4-26. It had not. In that email, there was a complete shipping timeline, supposedly by the USPS. I emailed Futumall that I had not received the hat. I also took a copy of the timeline to my local USPS office on 8-13-26 and was told that the alleged tracking number was not a USPS number, and the entire timeline was a fabrication. On 8-14-26, I received a reply from Futumall, which was simply another copy of the "timeline". I replied to them that I had taken the "timeline" to the USPS and was told it was fabricated. I also notified my bank and the Federal Trade Commission on 8-14-26. I have heard nothing further from Futumall.
