The folding camping stools that I ordered online were delivered satisfactorily.
The quality and workmanship of fabrication were good.
The DIFFICULTY of assembling and DISASSEMBLING the legs to be able to use the stool is REMARKABLE. We are unable to use these and our frustration level has met unknown proportions. We want to return them for a complete refund.

My Futumall order was never delivered to me. Tracking says it made it to town and was “delivered” but I never received it. I have the USPS Informed Delivery service that tracks incoming Mail to my address and it never reported any package for my home.

Item purchased for cat entertainment and will probably work but have to figure out how to fill the water and air first. Item made in China so shipping longer than usual.

I ordered something accidentally on this site. After I realized it, I sent an email. Less than 24 hours later Julia cancelled the order for me and reimbursed my original payment method. Thank you for making it so easy. I will definitely be ordering from this site in the future.

Never received the product. Was charged twice. Will never order from futumall

I gave a 4 star rating because I never received information regarding my order being processed ( so I didn't know if I was scammed) , nor did I receive tracking information. My package did arrive and I'm pleased with my order.

What a scam. They keep selling that strainer for 25$ that won’t fit any drain and probably costs 15 cents to make, The customer service email came back mailer demon. I usually look up an unknown site and failed to do so this time. Cheesy item to fill up landfill.

It was hard to tell if the product would be suitable to our bathrooms. I was hoping I ordered the right parts. I received them today and found out they did not fit the bathroom sink or bathtubs.

I purchased a collapsable seat on futumall as a gift for my brother who is some what disabled. But i tried it myself and found the seat is too low and difficult to stand. But i can see it really useful when i camp.
I contacted futumall and Julia was a great help in obtaining a refund and feal with the return process. She was fast and clear about the process.

The product, a sink drain strainer, did not fit the opening in my sink. I am not able to use it and the purchase is therefore unsatisfactory for me. Is it possible to obtain a refund, or to return the product?

Confusing web purchasing application, I wanted to order one and you sold me four (4). Let’s get to the worst part. My order was placed June 4, 2026. I received a notice my products were shipping, then another email they’d been delivered. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED, AND I’VE RECEIVED NO REFUND

Sent the wrong wallet that I’ve t purchase when I try to get in touch with you. You never did anything about it.

Although there were issues with shipping my order and I never received it, Durian (the rep who replied to my email about the delivery issue) did all he could to make the situation better. He made a request to issue a refund for my purchase. He took an unpleasant situation and created a positive outcome by providing excellent customer service.

Everything in the product is toxic. The cap does not come off to refill if wanted something better to put in it as told on advertisement.

Drain plugs were too big and unable to use them in any of my sinks

While the product received was is perfect order, unfortunately, it did not fit my sink drains. When I reached out to Futumall to request a refund, Julia responded quickly and efficiently, setting the refund in motion. Within a few days, the refund showed in my account. Great customer service!
