The team were great. We had a visit from Matt who measured up and we went through various options with for type of door and price point. He came back with 4 different options for us to review. We placed the deposit, a couple of weeks later they received the door. They called to book in a time for installation. They were done in a couple of hours and did a really tidy job of removing the old doors and making good around the new thresholds. Can't say enough good things. They've been a pleasure to deal with throughout the process.

Jack and Jack made the experience great watching them fit the garage door, quick and professional, they did a great job, a credit to this company, and one happy customer, worth every penny. thank you

Recently two fitters turned up on a wet miserable afternoon having fitted two others that morning. They found that the unit would require unaccounted for work on the brick walls and timber beams to fit perfectly.
We were so impressed with the work carried out under stressful conditions to achieve a perfect fit. Spent a lot of time on it and returning the next day for minor finishing requirements. FULL praise to those men. Certainly recommended.

Great job from start to finish. Consultation/measure up to install .
Clean and tidy install crew.
No issues at all.

Competitive price , from a trusted local company.
Third door for our family.

Exceptional service from the 1st phone call to Craig and the door being fitted by Tony and Luke.
Thank you

Harley had done an amazing job installing my two sets of entrance gates . Incredible attention to detail and very friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and left everywhere very neat and tidy . I am very pleased with my new gates

The two gentlemen were on time and very polite, as always. They were informative, friendly and constructive in their comments. The service of the garage door went well. This company has always been good.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. From the initial consultation right through to the installation of our brand new garage doors, we were kept fully informed and everything was explained clearly and thoroughly.

The fitters were brilliant — efficient, quick, and clearly an asset to the business. They worked with real care, were polite throughout, and made the whole process completely stress‑free. The quality of their work and the level of professionalism was outstanding.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company or to use them again. Truly fantastic service all round.

Difficult job repairing a 10 yr old 5 meter wide door - but Harry and Jay persisted (with an extra hand when needed) and fixed it in the end.

Amazing service and super friendly. Despite being short notice my garage door was not only secured but fixed meaning i had no security concerns. This was especially impressive after I had been told by a competitor that I wouldn't be able to get anyone out till the next day!

The whole process from initial contact, site survey and through to installation was seamless and extremely efficient. Everything happened as planned, the staff were polite and skilled and the finished job looks superb.

prompt arrival no hassle Jay and Harry very polite would defiantly recommend I can now get into my garage with no problem THANKYOU

From survey, quote and delivery and fit everything was straightforward and faultless. Fitting was done in under an hour and everything left clean and tidy, nice touch was a touch up pen to cover any future marks if needed. Well done

On returning home this afternoon the seven year old garage door would not shut properly and was left partially open. A phone call to them was returned quickly and I was guided by Ash through the process to reprogram the unit. It now works as it should.
Excellent and efficient service.

Great, prompt quote and service. Good commnication and installation. They also went the extra mile to bolt a very old garage whilst waiting for the door.

Excellent service from the Garage Door & Automation Bristol team. The replacement garage door was installed within two weeks of receiving the quote. The installers Nick & Tony were very efficient, fully explained the usage instructions and cleared up everything. Fully recommended.
